Once the website operated it was simple and clear. However, in my first three attempts the web site froze.

Filled out the application for a 3 year fixed rate bond 3 times online,to be told 'oops something went wrong' every single time! I've noticed other reviews have said this too.

The application form was easy to follow and fill in, it only took about 5 minutes.
The I.T guys really need to sort out the glitches that stop Chrome on Android from opening an account. After many attempts and failures on mobile android finally had to use a lap top to open the account, would be much better if that issue could be sorted out, otherwise all good.
It was easy and straightforward to open my account online. Clear instructions were given at each step. I transferred an initial deposit and it was showing in my new account the same day. I was also happy with the security measures taken. Looking forward to continued good service.

After a few attempts at opening an account I gave up. Too many errors, too many times having to re-enter the same information so after a final 'Oops something went wrong' I've gone elsewhere. Edit: It gets worse! More than 8 hours after that final 'Oops' error message an email arrives thanking me for my recent application. So the 'Oops' error message was actually another error! Far too late. My money has gone elsewhere.
I saw JN was top of the table so I thought I’d give them a go. Opened a three year fixed account, took about 15 mins online. Log in process is a bit longwinded but it was easy enough and could see my balance.
