Located on our first floor, Angela's Coffee Lounge offers a diverse selection of speciality coffee, freshly baked pastries, homemade cakes and delicious lunches prepared with premium, local ingredients.

Simon and Scott were very friendly, called to let us know they were 15 mins away and set up our new sofa and took away all packaging. Will definitely be recommending John Doe!

Oct 29,2024Scott & Simon were very polite & on time. They called to say they were 15 mins away. They delivered some furniture, kicked off their shoes, I liked that. They built it & placed it exactly where we wanted. They, like other John Doe employees, seem happy & enjoy doing a fine job. I will be using John Doe again. John Doe's shop in Diss has a very relaxed feeling, not getting pounced on by pressured salespeople just helpful & knowledgeable.

Also used the coffee shop which we really enjoyed. The delivery was on time and the staff were very good. On the whole a great experience.

The lady at the showroom was also very helpful and knowledgable, as was the lady who called when they were ready for delivery. Everyone we have ever dealt with at John Doe has been excellent. A proper service which you don’t get everywhere nowadays (sadly).

Tom who worked on the shop floor was absolutely great- went through a range of different sofas and was able to provide expert knowledge on what would be best suited to my new house. Delivery was then so easy- Simon and Scott were lovely and were so quick to get everything in perfectly! Will definitely be going back!
