Located on our first floor, Angela's Coffee Lounge offers a diverse selection of speciality coffee, freshly baked pastries, homemade cakes and delicious lunches prepared with premium, local ingredients.

We found out we needed the floor to be screeded as floor uneven although this was not planned the young man phoned and within half hour material turned up. The flooring put down the next morning. Friendly, efficient service . Highly recommended

Jul 14,2024Highly recommend Simon, who recently fitted our shower room flooring. He made sure the pattern lined up accordingly for when you walk in the room, not something I would have thought of. Left room extremely tidy. Will definitely be asking if he can fit our bathroom floor when we have that done.

Jul 13,2024I recently moved in to a new build and John Doe were tasked with flooring the property throughout and delivering some furniture I had ordered. I could not be more delighted with the experience I received. The flooring team were excellent from the estimators to the sales team in store and the carpet fitters. They had to work round and rectify workmanship completed by incompetent builders (that’s another story!) and even when picking up my keys after the flooring had been fitted, the lady was very helpful with suggestions to rectify an issue with the flooring, caused by said incompetent builders after the flooring had been fitted perfectly by Does. Stewart and Ben are also brilliant and they kindly stored some furniture I had purchased until the flooring had been laid and then delivered the furniture on the same day once the flooring was fitted. I have dealt with multiple businesses throughout my new build journey and I can confirm John Doe have been the easiest business to deal with, with no hassle whatsoever. To every single staff member that I dealt with, I could not be more grateful for your help and advice throughout the process. John Doe is our “go to” place for me and family members and I don’t see that changing anytime soon! Thank you so much, you have been amazing!

Jul 12,2024Our 3-piece suite was expertly delivered by Simon, Scott and Clayton on Tuesday. They phoned ahead of delivery, arrived ahead of time, took great care to protect floors (shoes off), and were careful to first ask exactly where we wanted the sofa and chairs. Items were carefully unpacked, cushions and arm-caps fitted, and all packing materials taken away. Clayton is under training, and was just as careful, considerate and friendly as the rest of the team. A credit to John Doe. I should also say that our purchasing experience in the shop was also very good. We visited more than once, received very helpful information and advice from Tracey, Tina and Macey, and at no time felt pressured into a purchase. We've purchased from John Doe before, and most certainly will continue to do so in the future.

The delivery included 2 sofas and 6 chairs and noticing I had hard flooring they kindly fitted non scratch pads to the legs of everything. A big thank you both. But given our experience with all John Doe employees I should not have been surprised as every last one of them, in all departments always go the extra mile. So a big thank you to everyone

Jul 09,2024We recently bought a mattress from John Doe. Hayley was very helpful and gave us as much time as we needed. Delivery was good, and nothing was too much trouble. This was a very different experience to when we had a mattress delivered by another company previously.
