Was charged for items i didn't request in-fact I specifically asked NOT to do 'washer-fluid' and i had to pay for a battery for my remote and this is the business that I'm in myself (Car keys)...!

The annual service was not highlighted to me and I had to organize this myself. Normally the car is washed after a service and this was not the case.

Car had a full service. Next day it broke down due to the battery needing to be replaced. I may be wrong but would assume a full service would include a test of the battery.

Sales manger was very helpful and assisted with purchase of new vehicle prombtly. One think I feel is frustrating is that we are yet to receive our β¬500 voucher from Super Value, which was part of offer and deal agreed on sale purchase. It has being a number of weeks now and still no issuance of voucher.

My MG 4 Electric went in for its first service at 9am.I was driven home and collected when it was finished.Everything that was checked was listed for me.Overall a very good experience.

I received an unsolicited Whatsapp message from a Sales guy saying there were great deals on new MG cars so it would be a good time to change. He asked if he could call me and I replied saying yes he could. In return, I received another message with some figures, no details on trade-in or what type of loan it was. I had to ask for this information. It turned out to be PCP and when I asked for HP figures, the great trade in allowance he had subsequently told me about all but disappeared. I did the maths myself and the trade in being allowed was pathetic and an insult!!! Needless to say I wasn't interested. At no time, did he ask about the mileage or condition of my car. There was actually only 20k on my 3 year old car and I can see online, some cars of that age have upwards of 60k so I'm sure mine would be worth more than those but he never took the time to find out. If someone is trying to sell me something as expensive as a new car, I would expect a call at the very least, especially when he asked if he could call. I found this interaction to be unprofessional and if Sales have that little respect for their customers, I'll be going elsewhere when I do decide to change my car.
Had a good experience in buying a 2nd hand car. Very professional in all my dealings and emails and calls.
I found the staff very friendly & helpful. I left our Volvo in for a service which wasn't our normal garage. We got a great service & it came back sparkling.
Staff excellent but disappointed that a year old car gave so many problems.
