Jul 15,2024Work carried out was good but the customer service is terrible. They never have a replacement car available. They didn't offer to collect or drop off the car. They're under staffed so take weeks to carry out work. I pointed out that there was an issue with the clutch and I was told they couldn't detect any issues. A week later the clutch was completely gone. A friend had the same experience.

Jul 10,2024Had my MG5 in for its second service at Mahon Point dealership recently. My car was brought in to the garage on time and was ready for collection in the specified time. I received a detailed printout of all the items checked which included a problem found with the rear window wiper, which was rectified without any extra cost. Very prompt and efficient service and highly recommend.
