I dropped off the car first thing for its service, and was told the car would be ready in a few hours. Which it was and I was home by lunchtime. The service was a good price and I'd bring my car next year too.

The professionalism aligned with the friendliness of the whole process at the Douglas branch of Johnson and Perrott was a joyous experience. Con, is a gentleman, who followed through on all my queries to date of pick-up 08 January 2025. I am thrilled with my new dream car.

I had trouble with my jaguar f pace. Mary and Kieran could not have been more helpful. They went above and beyond what would be expected to get my car sorted. The mechanics did a great job. I would recommend this garage highly. Thanks to everyone Dr Mike Finnerty Kerry Senior Team Doc.

I purchased my 251 car in November and paid my 500 euro deposit and was promised my SuperValu voucher in early December Today is the 12th Feb and I still haven’t got it. The voucher was part of the contract.

My appointment was @8am so I bought it and I was told that it won't be too long because it last time a detail check was done. They gave me approx time around 11am. So I planned the day accordingly but I got a phone call that my tires needs to be changed, I agreed to that. Around I went back and asked if the work is done and the staff at the reception said it would be ready by half an hour. So I waited but i had to wait for another 1 hour and I felt off. Because my husband is a mechanic I have seen him changing the tyres and I know that it doesn't take one and half hours to change 2 tyres. After waiting for that much time, I paid and asked if there is sticker with of next service and the staff very confidently said yes and I believed them. When I went to my car, I saw few white spots which were not there definitely. I went back raised concern, the mechanic/supervisor came after another 10-15minutes. I showed him the spots and assured him that they were not there in the morning and I asked if anything had happen during the service. He denied and kept insisting that the sopts were there beforehand. At the end, they took the car in and did touch-up paint on the spots but I did not get any explanation till date. When I reached home, I noticed that there was no sticker for next service. This is the second time. This time I am really annoyed with their service.

Overall very positive experience. Sales person (Sean) extremely helpful.Had a little trouble with tyre pressure as I left the garage so had to return to have that checked/fixed and had to go back a few days later as car wasn’t charging. Some cobwebs internally. It is a 251 car so felt all of those things should have been double checked before being given to the customer.

Good experience this time....job was done in good time not like last time when I taut they wanted to keep it they had it so long lol..and this is niall flavin not padraig flavin...

Brillant service Sean in sales was brilliant to deal with from start to finish and the car was handed over in spotless condition I also had dealings with Greg in service and again brilliant service fantastic experience

Received no feedback on status of my car, car was in the garage for over a week and I had to ring to try and get info. Receptionist was rude. When I did collect car the cover for the battery had not been put back properly, found the clips in the car. The car had not been washed or cleaned after service. Not a premium service.
