May 01,2024Deborah and Toby were absolutely lovely to deal with. Amiable throughout, they tried very hard to find us what we wanted. As it stands we have had an offer accepted on a house which isn't on their books unfortunately, so I can't currently give them the business they deserve. From my experience, I would recommend them. They are very polite, friendly and approachable. Bill

We’re needing to have various improvements made to our home and she has put us in touch with contractors and arranged for quotes and always kept me informed with where we are in the process.

Apr 30,2024We chose Jones Robinson to sell our house as a family member had a previous positive experience with them. We met Tayler Reynders who gave us the low down on their customer service principal's and sales costs which were more expensive than the other agents but we wanted a professional and trouble free transaction. I can happily say they delivered exactly what they promised and sold our property very quickly in a difficult market at that time. Tayler was a pleasure to deal with as with all the other staff at Jones Robinson. If I had to sell again these guys will be appointed straight away. Thanks again to all the Jones Robinson Team!

Apr 25,2024I have been contacting several estate agents in Newbury as I'm moving into the area, Firstly the phone was picked up really quickly didn't ring off or go to voicemail, I spoke to an incredibly helpful lady called Elle, she was so knowledgeable, and polite. I have found house searching such a daunting process but she really empathised and helped point me in the right direction. I will ask for her by name if I need to contact Jones Robinson again - Thank you, a credit to your team!

Apr 25,2024In the main we had a really positive experience with Jones Robinson, lots of viewings, outstanding service from Paul Evans who photographed and videoed our house and communicated regularly with updates. You definitely got the impression he was invested in the sale from both our side as the vendors and from our buyers.
