Apr 07,2024Church Robinson has now sold two of our family homes. We recently marketed the second of these houses and, yet again, they didn't disappoint. From our first meeting with Holly we knew there was no need to obtain comparative quotes and Dawn/Katrina kept us up to speed with developments/managed the administration so every detail was recorded and agreed. The whole team assisted to ensure any queries or concerns were dealt with promptly and worked hard to ensure our move was as pain free as possible. We thoroughly recommend their first class service and attention to detail.

Apr 06,2024Our experience with The company was great in the sense that the team has been good and understanding to us. We lost our daughter last year back home in our country and we travelled , used almost all the funds we had for the burial and when we came back we had not enough money to pay our rent in full. We spoke to the team and our property manager Nikky Jefferys about the rent that was not enough. We explained our situation and they all understood. We were so happy and we took a bit of time to clear the rent but they stood with us until we finally paid in full. In short i would like to say THANK YOU so mich for your understanding when we were in need. Keep up the good work and to Nikky , you are the best , you understand us , you are so quick to respond to our needs in the appartment, you are amazing. It is nice to know we are working with you as our property manager, we appreciate you so much. Keep it up!!!

Apr 04,2024I had a flat viewing in Newbury with Jude on Monday and ended up running late due to taking a wrong turn on the motorway, but Jude patiently waited for us and was very understanding. And despite us being late, she didn’t rush us throughout the viewing and happily answered our queries. She has a very professional and friendly approach. Overall had a pleasant experience so far viewing and dealing with Jones Robinson.

I never for once regretted having to do business with them especially Nikki. I’m so grateful especially to Nikki for my stay at my former residence which I had through Jones Robinsons.

Having use them before, I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else they kept me regularly updated and I believe understood my needs for a quick sale and therefore priced effectively for the market. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Mar 28,2024The whole way the company deals with you as a client. So smooth everybody in sync and on the same page, nothing was too much. The Newbury office is where we chose to sell are house, the first meeting was so relaxing and no pressure. There were some very special staff in this estate agents First of all Beth Radcliffe unbelievable knowledge of all aspects of company’s products and procedures. Tayler Reynders fantastic knowledge and so helpful. Rhys jones so on the ball great knowledge. The team as a whole, molly jack Paula Kate Catalin and partner in crime Rachel there are to many to remember.
