Dec 16,2024Ordered a CL bag on Nov. 18th was supposed to receive my shipment on Nov 25th. UPS declared my package missing on Nov 28th. Julian refused to resend my bag despite the multiple orders I have placed with them, and they clearly saw my package was never delivered by UPS. What made matters worse was I asked them on a previous order, do not ship via UPS. They offered no assistance in getting my bag to me. I will never shop with Julian again. As of the writing of my review, I still have no bag, and no refund, almost a month now. Replying to my review saying a refund was promptly issued is false. I opened up an investigation on 12/16. As of 12/17 my card has not been refunded. Like I stated to you guys in several emails, it is not okay to make the customer wait until UPS refunds YOU!
