Dec 10,2024I ordered 3 items from this website. The first one when I ordered went on sale 2-3 days after my order. I contacted them to adjust the price and they said they can't! I have to get the item, and then return it back and re-order it again. The second items ordered was a package of 830$. I got a check from UPS to pay 120$ for additional charges which I refused to, so they are going to ship it back. The funny part is, if you return an item, you have to pay an import tax of Italy + extra additional fees of restocking. This is a joke and I've never ever seen this. So you think their prices are fair but they are making money in other ways. Also it takes a couple of days for them to reply. It's not worth it.
