They had an issue with their delivery partner and I have to email more than 4 times and call twice in order to receive any information from them I understand that issues might happened but communication with your customer is key and you fail on this. Also they charge an extortionate 34£ to send an item back. I won’t be using them again there are plenty of places with similar pricing and better
