Had a slight hitch with the remote but Nigel was efficient, professional and courteous. It was sorted effectively and nothing was too much trouble. Needed some replacement slats for my daughters bedroom, i spoke to Just Blinds and asked for some samples to be sent out as i couldnt decide on a fabric. The Sample came by post a few days later. Ordered the blinds over the phone, 2 weeks later they arrived 😊 good quality blinds and my daughter and myself are very pleased with them thankyou Just Blinds.
Our experience with Just Blinds was negative from start to finish. It all started when our new vertical blinds were measured up wrongly 6 months ago in November 2020. The fitter came in December 2020 and made such a poor job of fitting the blinds throughout our house that I complained on the day that I was a most dissatisfied customer? Some of the blinds were fitted the wrong way round, and the slats were different lengths. There were gaps each end of the windows and the rails were not securely fixed into the walls. One rail was not even straight when fitted. When I complained to the fitter he responded with the most unpleasant and confrontational attitude and said that he had spoken with management about my complaint and that unless I paid the amount I owed them in full they would take the blinds down leaving me exposed and with no coverage whatsoever on my windows. There was no resolution to the problem and I was left feeling like I had been given shoddy service and a poor standard of product and workmanship. This company are not interested in customer feedback. Eventually in February 2021 after many phone calls, the same bad attitude fitter returned and agreed we needed whole new rails and for the job to be re measured and started again. There followed 3 months of frustrating communication with this company, when we tried to give ‘Just Blinds’ the opportunity to make good and correct the faulty blinds. This can be summarised as missed appointments, no shows without warning, meaning we stayed home waiting without a visit. Administrative staff in the office promised resolution but argued that it was all our fault we had got appointment dates and times wrong. Eventually in April 2021, 6 months on from our initial contact a new fitter arrived and replaced the faulty blinds. We would not use this company ever again or recommend them. This has been one of the worst customer experiences we have had the misfortune to have in our many years of making home improvements.
Disgusting service. Tried to make my husband remove his review, waited 2 months to get loads of issues fixed and the lady blocked me on Facebook when I complaind. Avoid! The women was known to me but not a friend just someone my sister knew. Terrible response too just because someone left an honest review and you can't take it!

I have ordered from justblinds many times but this might be the last time. I received blinds with missing parts and the handels that did come in did not match each other. Forget trying to talk to someone in customer service. They have been out for "training" for about 3 years. I have always left my number and had never had anyone call me back. Time to shop local.
This is the email I sent which is self explanatory. Highly recommend this company. Blind louvres are stitched, not glued like others I've seen. Big choice and excellent customer service. "I am writing to say a big thank you for the replacement slats you sent me after some of my original order arrived damaged. Your level of customer service is really impressive, I only contacted you on Tuesday afternoon and this morning (Thursday) I received my parcel. Less than two days is going above and beyond in my opinion and I will certainly be recommending your company. My second order will be with you shortly".
Ordered a roller blind and a track for vertical blinds.The roller blind looks great and fitted perfectly. Unfortunately, the track must have taken a knock in transit and a fitting was loose. Amy quickly re-organised a replacement without any fuss. Very happy with the service.
Just had a roller blind fitted by Andy of Just Blinds, Newark, So pleased. Andy was professional, and very pleasant. The blind I ordered was excellent quality, exactly what I was looking for. As for price, considerably less than quoted by another well known company. Would heartily recommend Andy and Just Blinds.

The whole experience was absolutely shocking. After numerous of times being let down people promising that they will be turning up but never did, this started to become a joke. I’ve ended up excepting blinds that aren't even fitted correctly with one uneven and the rest with gaps. I’ve had a shocking experience
I ordered some replacement slats for some damaged ones I had, the price was very reasonable and the quality of them is superb. They came with weights and new chains too! The communication was fantastic too! Very polite and swift with their response. I would highly reccomend and will definitely be using Just blinds in the future.
I bought some replacement vertical slats recently, they were in the clearance bit, total cost including delivery £20. To say I’m pleased is an understatement, the colour and quality is lovely and finishes off my kitchen beautifully. Delivery was quicker than expected, will definitely be ordering more in the near future

Very impressed with the customer service and quality of the product, especially considering the restrictions we are all under. The communication from them was efficient and the items well packed, with an overnight delivery service. The replacement slats were very well made and at a very reasonable price.
