Just Blinds North are shocking. The list is endless to try and explain why the whole experience has been nothing but absolutely shambolic. I’ve ended up accepting blinds that are not fitted/measured correctly because I’d totally had enough of the whole situation. To add insult to injury, wasn’t even given a discount, but did get some new window handles after much deliberation. I had to search the internet and find the handles myself because when the blinds got fitted they hit my existing handles and nearly broke every time I tried to open or close them. You would expect on the survey/sales enquiry they’d point-out that my existing handles, which were standard Upvc handles would be an issue and to overcome the blinds hitting the handles I would have to accept... whatever, but to not mention anything, nothing until fitted. Then got a sales pitch that’s how it should be, and try and pinpoint the blame on me for not understanding how blinds are fitted is shocking - I got a company in thinking I was getting the experts in!! I have a bay window, the gap at one side is approx 10mm between the blind in the middle, on the opposite side it’s probably 40mm - so annoying when the blinds are closed Shocking company!! well franchise. If you want blinds that look great externally, consider just blinds North. If you want them to look great both internally and externally, avoid like the plague! Ordered early October (2020) fitted November, only this week (March 2021) been completed - I use that term very loosely! - still not happy, but just sick of the whole situation. And when you’ve spent £1000, you’d expect better. As I say, the list of issues and the way I was dealt with customer service wise is shocking. I read previous reviews and thought, “there’s always some moaning sods” - there were more good reviews than bad. So decided to use Just Blinds - never again!! I’m not sure how I reply to just blinds response below, but I can assure you, I never ignored any advise. I was lead by Just Blinds advise. What you’ve wrote below is so far away from the truth it’s unbelievable. I put a spirit level on one of the blinds to show (when asked to send photos) how far out of level the blind had been fitted I sent Rebecca from Just Blinds North, at her request, lots of photographs, that I can upload on Twitter, along with the full email thread if you wish - Rebecca totally agreed the blinds hadn’t been fitted correctly. The reason you returned several times (which I only had to reschedule one appointment because it didn’t suit) was due to the fact the blinds never got finished, and to be totally honest, I still do not believe they are finished - I’ve just accepted them the way they are because I’ve had enough of the whole situation. I mentioned about taking some form of action because I constantly had to keep chasing to find out when my blinds would get finished to some form of an acceptable standard. As on every visit I was left with blinds unfinished. You replaced the pelmets due to them keep getting sent out the wrong lengths. Oh and let’s not forget two of the blinds originally sent did not fit, they’d been measured wrong. And the blinds hit the handles on every single window apart from one, until new handles and blocks behind the blinds were fitted. To clarify; I never once did not agree to have brackets fitted. I was willing to have brackets fitted if necessary, but was talked out of having brackets and agreed the blinds would look better without brackets. I was being totally lead by Just Blinds advise. The only motive behind my review is to try and warn people what shocking service I’ve received - isn’t that what Trustpilot is about?
Just Paul at Just Blinds for me! Very conscientious, skilled fitter who is always concerned to get the fit just right! Top quality blinds- not the cheapest as they say, you get what you pay for ! Always very good after sales service. Had some ‘perfect fit’ blinds to replace tired verticals. I was concerned about the holes left in the UPVC when the rail was taken down (Conservatory),Paul suggested, supplied and fitted thin UPVC strips to disguise them! They look completely natural! Conservatory looks great! Surprising how much bigger the conservatory looks with ‘perfect fits’ Thanks Paul!
Poor customer service has to come out a number of times had to constantly chase myself one blind faulty leaving me unable to open n close and they refused yo come out to repair and advices i was out of warranty when its a quality issue id advice people to go elsewhere.
Ordered new slats for 4 rooms & a roller blind, took just a week & they were all ready to be collected. Excellent service would highly recommend this company
I ordered 40 replacement vertical blind slats on their website, sent the measurements as instructed. We received a conformation email that our order was in progress. Told that there could be a slight delay. Received notice that our order had been dispatched, received it the following day. This was all within seven days. Very pleased with the service wereceived.

Very,very poor customer service. had some of the blinds installed on the 25th November 2020, today the 13 January 2021 they finally installed the replacement damaged one. Had to keep chasing them, so many phone calls 20+. always told will chase it up with the factory, but as they have my money, little incentive to call me back!!!! excuse after excuse. there only so much you can blame on covid and Christmas holidays! Dont trust them ! they dont care. Who has written the 5 star reviews! {they themsleves?}
They blocked me on Facebook after I asked where my order was. Happy to update this review when they unblock me and want to have a conversation about it like adults.
I ordered replacement slats, had a couple of issues but all was resolved very quickly with amazing customer service from Nicky.

This is the second time I have used Just Blinds. I like to buy local if I can and Just blinds is a mile from my home. My first experience was some of the material in the vertical slats had flaws and needed to be changed. Giving the benefit of doubt, I gave them another go and called them to say I would like to order two blinds and collect the blind from the factory. I was told to order online and they will pick this up and change to collection. I received an email to say my order had been dispatched, I called Just Blinds and they sent it by courier, but said it would arrive Monday. Waited in all day Monday and it did not arrive till Tuesday. When I opened the packaging I found the vertical slats were 5cm short and the colour was wrong for both blinds. I called the factory and they replaced the vertical slats the next day. When placing the blind up, I realised they had put the controls on the wrong side to which was ordered, however I did not return as they needed to be fitted. I then placed the corrected slats on the blind to find three of the slats had flaws, however there were additional slats and could be replaced. The quality control seems very poor and I will not be using them again.
Ordered replacement vertical blinds which I have just put up. I am over the moon with them, excellent quality, look amazing and have just ordered more for bedrooms and landing. I was kept up to date by email and they arrived as advised, securely packaged. I will definitely be recommending to many others. Just brilliant ⭐️⭐️
A couple of small order issues, but can't fault the customer service. My recent order was unfortunately delayed due to unforeseen shipping issues due to the current pandemic. Liz at the Wigan store kept us informed on a regular basis throughout. There was a slight issue on the size (Manufacturing error) on the day of fit but this was rectified relatively quickly and the blinds were fitted a couple of days later and they look amazing. Thanks again Liz for all your help. Much appreciated.
They arrived today and I’ve just put them up. They are absolutely perfect! I love the colour and they fit perfectly, which is I’m sure thanks to your handy measuring guide. Thankyou so much - I’ll definitely be ordering more and raving about you to everyone!
Ordered during lock down, was told they might take a little bit longer to arrive, they arrived on time, fantastic blinds, very easy to put up, quality great. Great value for price. Definitely recommend them.
We had our blinds fitted by just blinds. The service was brilliant from start to finish! The rep talked me through all my choices and measured my windows efficiently. A few weeks later they came back to fit them. Brilliant price & great service. Highly recommend Just Blinds
