Feb 07,2025Boiler Pro - Shane came out to service the boiler , he was great and identified a part was needed. The person who then came out to fit the part was competent but its seems like a lack of continuity . Although the boiler was fitted by Boiler pro and serviced by them - the guy questioned me on how old the boiler was and seemed to suggest there were problems with the installation . I also got technical questions from him on whether i wanted something replaced or not - I was assuming he was the expert not me . I've always had great experiences with this company and highly recommend Shane and Al but this guy made me feel uncomfortable .

Feb 05,2025I used your company in Norfolk, excellent plumber and great service. So decided to use again in Bishop’s Stortford. Nightmare! First plumber didn’t turn up! Second booking didn’t turn up! So we asked for a refund. They managed to get a contract plumber from another company in 20 minutes! . He was excellent and would use him again. Helpful, instructive and well mannered. So all I would say is that depends what plumber you get on the day, or not if they don’t turn up.

Feb 04,2025Annual boiler service by Shane revealed a leaking flue. Part had to be ordered - only took a few days. Paul fitted it within a few days. Both engineers exceptionally helpful and efficient. N.B Glow Green had previously installed my boiler 5 years ago, but did not install the flue correctly.

Feb 03,2025We had a new shower fitted in our family bathroom. The whole process was very straight forward. Vas came and assessed the issues we were having and gave us advice on what tiles and shower fittings would work best. He corrected problems we were having with water draining and did a great job at fitting the new shower and tiles. Vas and his colleagues were polite, arrived on time and kept us updated on the progress of the job throughout the week.

She is the best person to speak to when I call JustFix for the jobs I need doing on behalf of my clients (and myself) She is efficient, has the attention for details, ensures the language she uses is simple, so I can understand! The engineers she sends are great, they call to share arrival times so no-one is wasting time waiting, they are always polite, clean and professional. The invoices are explained in detail with the findings and recommendations of the visit. Lucy and her team are my 'go-to' and I happily recomend them.
