Dec 24,2024JustFix what a great idea for an App and a great service delivered. We had a very large sofa to move just days before moving house which no one could get out our front room. Simon at JustFix came up with a solution so we could get our sofa out and ready for the removal company. Simon then came to our new house to adjust the sofa fitting. We were delighted we managed to keep our sofa and the service from JustFix was excellent. We would highly recommend JustFix. Thanks again Simon and team!

Dec 20,2024Hassle free to book, however that is my only positive thing to say. The tradesman didn't do an effective job and we were left with a dishwasher door that didn't open all the way. Upon telling this to Justfix, they said they would rectify, with another 2-3 hours work plus parts (original was 3) which I said was too much. They said they would speak to their manager and get back to me, but they never did. I got another carpenter to come and rectify the job and they agreed just fix hadn't done a good job. They managed to fix it cheaper than Justfix even after justfix offered a discount. In total it would have been over £700 to install an integrated dishwasher door and remove the old kitchen cupboard, which was excessive. I was quoted £250 elsewhere, but I went with Justfix as they could come the next day. I wish I had been patient and just waited. Would not recommend.

Dec 09,2024The fixer identified the issue and said they need some parts. JustFix promised to let me know what parts they will need and how much it will cost to fix, which unfortunately never happened - I gather there was a technical glitch on their end. I was at least refunded the cost of the original appointment, so would be willing to try JustFix again in the future

Dec 04,2024i wish I could find a repair company that was reasonable, arrived and fixed - I know no one is going to carry all parts but after paying for the first hour - £150 it is then a return with a £7 part and another hour to fix so that then takes us to the cost of a new machine that is delivered and fitted for very similar total cost - what would anyone do?? it is just too expensive and really the first visit was not an hour and the 2nd unlikely either, so just paying for dead time.

Dec 03,2024Good at reminding you when the appointment is, not so good at turning up.At £150 an hour you would think they could turn up within a 4 hr window, but no. Maybe they could communicate that they won’t be coming but no. Won’t be using again.

Nov 29,2024Just crap - but then fixed! Booked, took payment, sent texts reminding me when they were coming - then never turned up and zero communication. Then - next morning, phone call with apology and tradesman came that afternoon and did good job!

Nov 20,2024Rating: ⭐ (1 star) I had a very disappointing experience with JustFix when I booked them to install a home EV charger. Their pricing policy is misleading, and their service leaves much to be desired. They advertise their jobs as “fixed cost,” but this only applies to the first hour of work. I assumed the worker would assess the job description and photos beforehand and provide a fixed quote. However, that’s not the case. Instead, they begin the job, charge for the first hour, and only afterward provide a quote for the rest of the work. For context: I was told by my regular electrician (who is currently unavailable) that the job should take about two hours at £120 per hour plus £30 for parts, totaling around £270—reasonable and transparent. But with JustFix, their model incentivizes dragging out the work to increase costs. Hypothetically, they could start rewiring and then quote an exorbitant amount to finish the job. If you decline, they pack up and leave you worse off than before they started. When I expressed my concerns and asked to cancel the job (which I had only booked an hour prior), I was met with unprofessional behavior. A staff member named Zee began ignoring my messages on WhatsApp after I requested cancellation. To make matters worse, they wanted to charge a £24 cancellation fee despite their pricing policy being unclear and not fully disclosed upfront. This approach feels exploitative and against consumer rights. I’ve since escalated the issue through my credit card provider and am leaving this review as a warning. The entire experience with JustFix was a sham. Their unclear pricing policy and incentive structure benefit them and their workers while leaving the consumer at a disadvantage. I strongly recommend avoiding them at all costs.

I knew an engineer was on his way the following day… It was so refreshing to not have to talk to lots of different people about things I didn’t understand. The engineer came promptly in the morning, was polite, professional , explained everything that he had done, and advised on some potential things I could look to do in the future. What a refreshing way to arrange for a tradesperson to come to your house! All hail JustFix!!

I needed an electrician to replace a damaged socket. Justfix sent me an electrician within 24hrs of me enquiring. I would definitely use justfix again.

The app is particularly well designed, making the booking process quick and easy. The plumber that showed up was polite, competent and efficient and the job was completed in under an hour. Plus we got a call from them the next day to confirm if we were happy with the work before they processed the payment. In other words, an all-round professional service.
