Sep 04,2024My dishwasher wasn't washing properly, so I booked a repair through the app. The fixer arrived at my door the next day—quick and hassle-free. They came with the necessary part, and my dishwasher was working again within an hour. I was impressed by how careful they were with my new kitchen floor when moving the dishwasher, and they tidied up everything afterwards. It was much easier than calling around local companies. I'll definitely use them again!

Aug 22,2024When half the house short circuits and u have no idea why and the electrician u have used before is on holiday as well as no time to sort things out because of work, all u really want is someone to take over and say, don’t worry, we’ve got this. That’s pretty much what Justfix did. Within a couple of hours of contacting them online they came back to say they had someone in the area who cd come within a 4 hour time slot (they came in first hour..), wd assess the job and fix it. That’s exact what they did. I cannot thank justfix enough. So easy so efficient, I would definitely use them again and fully recommend, thankyou.

Jul 18,2024Like: Direct communication via telephone with a competent person orchestrating the workers/work. Took 3 appointments to fix a leaky washingmachine/waste water pipe. In all fairness an integrated problem. Question is whether the machine and pipe couldn't have been fixed in one go. Perhaps in 2 appointments. They struggle a little bit with the tradesmen they connect you with. As they are not badge employees, it will be a little more difficult to ensure quality. I do hope they have got a scoring system on their backend. They did refund me 1 visit. In the end I paid ca. 300 GBP to get a clogged wastewater pipe sorted out. Whilst they are much better than e.g. fantastic who basically weren't available in the past, they could bring up the responsiveness of their workers a little bit. Sometimes it's essential to have a quick call with a person on site. With VoIP this shouldn't be a problem. Else, coms were very easy. The price is not bargain, but fair I would say.

I feel they ripped me off charging a double call out fee of £100 per machine rather than considering the work required and time on site (15 mins) £349 to replace 2 seals on 2 machines was a tad painful. I will go direct to someone who has a better charging method in future

Jul 17,2024I have an Ikea built in microwave (bought about 7 years ago) which Ikea don't do any more, and they don't know who the OEM was (!), and the turntable motor died. The JustFix electrician replaced the dead parts in about 20 minutes. I was dead impressed, not least because a replacement would be tricky to procure because of the "built-in" aspect. It's a real pleasure to watch someone who knows what they're doing at work..

Jul 15,2024I used Just Fix for the installation of a gas hob which needed the gas pipe to moved. There was an issue with the gas fitting installation afterwards which I raised with them and they dealt with the matter in a very fair, professional and prompt manner. I would recommend. Thanks.

Jul 09,2024I had a fantastic experience with Just Fix, really happy with the service. My mother had a leak in her loft water tank, which was causing water to drip through the ceiling. She called me in a panic and, having been told about Just Fix, I thought this was a good time to try them out. I requested a plumber via the app, and was told that they were connecting my request to a fixer. I paid £110 callout at this point. I then received a text that my fixer was booked and on its way. He stopped the leak and assessed the larger issue with the tank. I received another text that day with a quote for the full job and an appointment for the next day, giving the fixer the time to receive the parts needed. The full job was completed perfectly and I was invoiced for the quoted amount. Would certainly use Just Fix in these circumstances again.
