Jun 21,2024App is very easy to use, literally was able to book an appointment in minutes and they come to check my washing machine within a couple of days. Unfortunately the part needed took a while to arrive which was the only downfall. Other than that the service was good and my washing machine was fixed for a good price!

Jun 12,2024This was the first time I had used this app and I am pleased I did. The hardest thing to find is a trusted professional that can come out and help complete things in the house. I live alone and so it was a worry getting someone you can trust in. I had someone in to fix the drains. Then someone else to fix the washing machine and dryer. I’m now on the way to booking an electrician and handy man in to take a look at the cooker and lighting and doing some drilling for me. At this rate, I may never need a man about the house again. Jun 12,2024had a booking and needed to cancel it but was told £45 cancellation fee was payable, informed them that this was in breach of the consumer rights act that allows you a 14 day cooling off period for online bookings regardless of their terms and conditions.

May 28,2024The fault was not fixed and I was charged, however after explaining the issue to there customer service team, I was offered a partial refund. I would use again as they were quick and professional in the response and how they dealt with the issue.

May 24,2024Moving into a new house with a stuck boiler pump - I found JustFix online and my experience couldn't have been better, the service was excellent, from the support from Simon to the work by my fixer, Ali. He fixed the problem and talked me through the issue. I hope this is the future of home repairs.

May 17,2024Just Fix It is a family run platform and relatively new. Admittedly I was disappointed and frustrated with the service I received from their contractor. The issue I reported was with my Electrolux built-in dishwasher, which was not heating correctly as per the job description. Unfortunately, the tradesman who came out did not fix the problem or diagnose correctly. We have since directly contracted Electrolux to fix our dishwasher. I wrote to their Chief Fixer Simon and also spoke to their manager Kathleen the following 2 weeks and expressed our dissatisfaction with the work. Kathleen took the time to understand our concerns and offered a partial refund plus discount to future services given the fact we had to contract elsewhere to fix the actual issue. We appreciate her immediate follow-up. While we cannot comment on services and performed, I appreciate the time taken for Kathleen to reach out.

Jun 26,2024This company appears to be scammers. If you are a tradesperson DO NOT sign up with this company. They do not pay the servicemen for services and pretend they have not received invoices to avoid payment. Have chased them and still no payment received. Since posting the review, I have indeed been paid. But this would not have happened if I had not left a review. Only after posting my review did you get in touch with payment. Now I am receiving aggressive calls from Simon regarding my review, threatening my company with a bad review on CheckaTrade. This was the person who was being rude to me in the first place which prompted my review. You may not be scammers, but you are certainly very unprofessional. Will not deal with this company again and hope they delete all my details as a tradesperson for them.
