Oct 05,2020I needed to purchase a play mat and some nice wall decals for our newborn's nursery. Items arrived in perfect condition and was just what I expected. The customer service was excellent and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend this company and will be doing more business in the future!!

Jun 10,2020I ordered from Just Kidding and checked out the Trust Pilot account after (wrong way round I know) so I was really worried whether I would even receive my order, let alone like it. As it is, I received my order within 5 days. I ordered two cushion covers. They're very soft and the design on them is lovely. The only thing that is frustrating is that the texts above the animal prints, 'bear' and 'lion', are of different size fonts and it is noticeable so if you like uniformity in cushions this site isn't for you. Overall, happy enough not to send back.

Apr 28,2020Ordered wall decal a month ago and no sign of it still , seller used covid excuse but what they are unaware of is I order often from china and ordered products after this particular one received those within a two week time frame from china so not sure why this seller at just kidding is having such a issue!!! Would like my decal resent With tracking via express mail will take steps to cancel order through credit card company !!

I was given a tracking number which gives me no details on where my item is, I’ve contacted the company twice and on both occasions they have assured me that my item will be will me in the next few days with no other information. I’ve gave up at this stage, actually surprised it’s not a scam site!

Dec 22,2019Dreadful service!!! I ordered a play mat from this site in early December. I received a tracking number by email. The play mat which was supposed to be a Christmas present for our granddaughter has not yet left China!! I expect a full refund and if that is not forthcoming I will assume this is a scam and will be warning other people to steer clear of this site.

May 07,2019I posted a review on their website about one of their products which they have chosen to hide. I don't normally place reviews but I felt that there was a serious safety risk with their mats which are also drawstring bags. What I hadn't realised when I purchased it was that the drawstring has to be looped through a series of eyelets so the rope is actually loose on the mat meaning that a child could get tangled or worse in it. They really should review the design and consider threading the rope through the piping around the edge. Other than that it's a beautiful product, the fabric is lovely.

We spent ages looking for a specific Icandy travel system, Just Kidding were the only company who could supply all the stuff we needed, provided excellent service and it was delivered the next day free of charge and at a very competitive price. So when we needed a car seat and base there was nowhere else we were going to go. Delivery came the next day with absolutely no problems. I was extremely impressed and will definitely recommend to anyone as well as use again.

Dec 01,2016I was initially very sceptical using an online store that I hadn't been to in person. However I read a lot of the reviews on this site, and noticed the only bad ones were mainly down to the person complaining about not receiving any email replies from Just Kidding- only to later realise those emails had gone to their junk folder. I have to admit, having done what I feel is a fair amount of research for the iCandy Strawberry 2 pushchair, I was surprised that Just Kidding had every colour in stock including in both different coloured frames. We purchased the black frame with black covers having not seen it available anywhere else. Ordered Friday morning, it arrived before breakfast on Monday. Price was £50 less then EVERYWHERE else, and for orders over £500 there was an additional 5% off. Again, I haven't seen it cheaper anywhere else, and it also came with a free travel bag which we'll make use of. Can't find any fault with this company, and I'll recommend them to friends and family etc. Course we've kept the box etc incase we need to return things in the future, however even if that occurs that won't be the fault of Just Kidding. Many thanks for the great service.

Nov 29,2016We were looking for a car seat for my 1 year old grandaughter. It had to an ISO fix as I do not like seats that are use the seat belt to hold them in. In Mothercare we saw the seat we wanted, which did from 9 months to 12 years old, which seemed a better option then keep buying new seats at each different age group. The price in Mothercare was £280, but for some reason we could not order it in red. I found Just Kidding on a search for Britex Romer at £210 and in red. It was despatched within a couple of days and delivered on the day they said. Excellent service, no problems at all

Nov 28,2016I ordered my pram set which was exceptionally good value - I saved £155 by buying exactly the same items from Just Kidding instead of Mothercare. I ordered my pram at 10:30pm and received a phone call the next morning to confirm that my order had been received and to further offer me more colour choices for my product. Great service - my product was then shipped that same day and arrived by lunch time the following day. All in all I received everything I wanted and more less than 48 hours from placing the order. And free super speedy delivery - what more could you want from any online service?

Nov 28,2016I rang and spoke to a customer Rep for some advice - very helpful friendly young lady. I ordered online the next day and the product arrived within 2 days ! Excellent value for money -£40 cheaper than John Lewis too ! And from start to a very quick finish - excellent experience ! Ah how I wish that other goods bought online were the same!
