I would stay well away from this company at all costs. Absolutely shocking service. Ordered 18/02/2022. Due date kept changing approx 4 times but eventually were due tomorrow 21/06/2022. Just had a phone call to say they are now delayed again until Mid July. Will also not let me cancel my order. 6 months to make 2 windows! What is to say come July they wont be delayed again!
I ordered my aluminium door on 27/04/22. Until 16/06/22 story was - it was meant to arrive and suddenly the story changes - now it's gone missing. I was very disappointed by the after-sales team. My delivery was mixed with others and initially, the wrong order was delivered. Due to this, I didn't receive my order for over 7 weeks. Even after such delays no priority over other productions, not delivery. I chased a lot and in reply, all I hear was sorry for the inconvenience. Edited: "we promptly got a replacement manufactured, which was prioritized and completed less than three days after we became aware of the issue." There is no use of promptness if you don't keep your customers informed about the actual fact. I was wrongly promised about the delivery date where you knew that my order is lost in transit. Openness is equally important - this we were failed to deliver.
Great product and outstanding customer service. They really showed their commitment to the customer from start to finish. They went out of their way to assist with queries unrelated to their operations.
Easy to order, very helpful staff
Good fast service and excellent service from Jack Weedon...
Excellent stuff
Great customer service from Jack, website experience was straight forward and intuitive, prices also very good.
Simple ordering with all the info you need to get it right. I thought the payment may not have gone through correctly and phoned Just Value to check, responded promptly, confirmed payment and that the order had gone through successfully. Looking forward to receiving the door and window. Excellent service!
The ordering process was very easy. Haven't received the door yet.....as soon as i do i will be able to do a proper review.
Superb ,efficient friendly service .
I was asked to provide a review of the ordering process so far - I can't comment on the product as I haven't received it yet. So far my experience of ordering my door has been good. My queries regarding dimensions and colour were answered well. The ordering process online was easy.
Very helpful when I was placing the order and completing the purchase
Brilliant company
Honestly, do not use this firm. I have been trying to simply get a front door. It has taken 2 months for this firm to supply a door that initially came with only one panel, it needs 2. They had left one behind because it apparently was broken, didn't bother telling me and I had to find out from the drover who to his credit, is a really nice man. I rang just value doors and they first tell me they don't know about the broken panel, then they do, then they tell me the reason they don't know about the panel is because the panels come from a different place to the door, what???? So I have to go with it and I can't fit the door. I spend the next two weeks emailing them to find out when the panel will be sent, eventually they send a panel, and it's black!!! Mu door is white. What? I get back in touch with them as I now have my fitter guy with me and course he has now fitted the door believing all is well, as am I. So we have two panels one that is black. He has put the door on and tries to fit the other panel at least, you know the one that initially came with the door. Omg that is not the right thickness, it's too thick, rather like the people who work at this place so it seems. I call the guy up again, he seems to want to blame me for this , but come on mate I didnt make the door, I just sent you the dimensions of the door, which are correct, the panels are your responsibility. My fitter also told the guy that it's too wide, gave him measurements of what it probably should be, however, they should already have these measurements and we both made it clear, look at your measurements, we can't take responsibility for any of your mistakes. This morning I get an email from nick brooke again, bearing in mind the emails are being copied in to Matt Clarke who is the general.manager and the first person I spoke with at the beginning of May, and it said within it that the panel originally supplied is the right width, so having told him it isn't he now is saying we are lying and he is right, even though we went through this at least once on the phone and several emails to confirm it doesn't fit its too fat. I put a review on Google too, the supposed owner contacted to ask who I was but can't sort this as they don't know who I am, I replied with my reference, nothing else has been said. Sure you want to sort it don't you....not .
The sales agents I have dealt with so far have been polite, cheerful and helpful. If, once delivered, the quality of the product is as good as the quality of their staff I will be very happy
Very helpful , good communication and speedy processing of the order. Highly Recommended.
Helpful and efficient with the ordering process so far.
easy to do buying a window just follow the instructions and go to basket not good with online stuff but did this no problem
I ordered a composite door at a cost of £1,047.60 from Just Value Doors in Jan '22. Feb '22 - Door delivered March '22 - Door fitted The fitter noted the rubber door seal was damaged & should be replaced. I emailed JVD on the 8th Mar '22 to request a replacement seal. On 16th Mar '22 I received a replacement seal however, the seal was not the correct type and I communicated this via email on the same day. In addition to the damaged seal, we had some rainfall since the door was fitted & I noticed that water was not draining from the threshold. On closer inspection it was discovered the threshold was faulty as the drainage holes had not been drilled correctly (not deep enough) meaning water was never going to drain & given enough rain, would end up flooding back in to our property. I sent images of the issue via email on the 16th Mar '22. On 5th Apr '22 I unexpectedly received a door threshold & replacement rubber seal (I say unexpectedly as I was not informed I was being sent a replacement threshold). After receiving the threshold I asked JVD who was going to fit it as the door is now fitted to the building & would require removal to fit the new threshold. I was informed JVD would not cover the cost of fitting the threshold which is counter to The Consumer Rights Act 2015 which states: If the consumer requires the trader to repair or replace the goods, the trader must— (a) do so within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to the consumer, and (b) bear any necessary costs incurred in doing so (including in particular the cost of any labour, materials or postage). Anyway, overnight on the 5th and in to the 6th Ap '22 we had heavy rainfall. With the heavy rainfall I noticed the door was now leaking where the windows had been fitted. Rain was penetrating the door due to faulty fitted windows. I filmed water penetrating the door and running down on to the floor. The water ingress was not a small amount & was now evident the door was not fit for purpose due to leaking water in to our property. I informed JVD about this issue on the 6th Apr '22 and provided videos & images. I was told by Just Value Doors my issue would be passed to their factory. 8th Apr '22 I was told replacement parts would be sent to me. I asked JVD who would be fitting the replacement parts & I was told again it would have to be me or I would need to cover the cost of them being fitted by someone else. I informed JVD that I did not order a door in parts to assemble myself nor am I a professional door assembler who could install the parts. Given the issue with the door, it would need to be removed, stripped down, repaired & re-fitted. JVD have indicated they are not willing to cover the cost of any labour however it is clearly stated in law that the onus is on the supplier of the goods to cover any parts & labour required to repair (bespoke goods or not). Despite pointing this out, I was offered £95 as 'goodwill gesture' towards repairing the door. I said to JVD that I'd like to reject the door at this point as it is not fit for purpose but this fell on deaf ears. Eventually I went to my credit card provider with the evidence of the poor quality goods who refunded me in full. I appreciate there can be issues but when problems occur the supplier needs to step up & deliver on customer service. Sadly JVD's products and customer service fall well short of expectations. Lesson learnt: buy cheap, buy twice! And ALWAYS buy via a credit card so that if a company like JVD refuses to refund then you can claim your money back. EDIT: 9th May '22. May I kindly remind you that your own Ts & Cs do not overrule the rule of law e.g. the Consumer Right Act 2015, which state the trader must bear any necessary costs incurred (including in particular the cost of any labour, materials or postage). I was happy to arrange labour but JVD declined. Additionally, I have the right to REJECT after the 1st failure which again you did not respond too. EDIT: 9th May '22 JVD stated: "Unfortunately James, the Consumer's Act 2015 does not apply to Bespoke orders, and for good reason" FYI, The CRA 2015 absolutely does apply to bespoke goods, just with exceptions (the main ones being able to return if change of mind and waiving of the 14-day cooling off period). All other aspects of CRA 2015 apply inc. covering labour costs & rejecting goods not fit for purpose. Perhaps heed your own advice and research the law. Just to add, the faulty door is here ready for you to collect whenever you like and the onus is on you, the supplier, to pay for the collection of faulty goods. EDIT: 1st June '22 No contact at all from JVD.

Jun 21,2022Ordered a large triple glazed window because the lead time was only two weeks and the price was competitive. Two weeks was a joke. There was delay after delay. Apparently there was a problem at the factory that produced beading for triple glazed windows. Three times I received a delivery date only for it to be cancelled. When they finally arrived I spent several hours trying to fit the sealed units which should have taken about 15 minutes. Eventually I gave up and contacted Just Value Doors and it turns out I was sent the wrong beads, the very thing that had added an extra five weeks onto the lead time. It's now nearly a week later and `I still haven't received the correct beads. Surely after the long delay in supplying the order they could have sorted the correct replacement beads quickly, but apparently not. I did order a couple of composite doors from a rival company with a very similar name, not only were the doors cheaper than Just Value Doors they arrived in two weeks ( a week quicker than I had been quoted). The only thing that was done promptly was the request for a review which was the day I placed the order, how would anyone know how good the service or proctor would be a minute or two after clicking the payment button? They probably wish they hadn't bothered asking at all now.
