Oct 12,2022Do not use!! Aftercare horrendous. Refusing to fix the problem they created with the handles being too close to lock so you cannot get your hand to the lock. Do not buy. I will be tell anyone who asks about my experience. *update The doors were ordered in June for a new build, they were ordered because of impending price rises. They were aware i did not need them yet but i bought to avoid price increase. The handles were reported as soon as fitted, there is a clear solution to this problem, either take handles back and refund or replace the handle extension with ones that fit. Id would be happy with either as understand there can sometimes be mistakes. But they are washing their hands of this issue. If they solve this problem, i will update this post with a fair report. I believe there is a simple solution to this problem.

The customer service provided by Jack was also very good as he made sure all the details were correct in addition to going through some options on sills as my door opening is restricted. Will definitely be using them again.
