Excellent quality patio doors, fitting kit needs looking at , it's not very good, but I did get a small refund because of this. Customer service is great no trouble getting the refund.Would recommend using these people cheaper then local suppliers

I ordered my made-to-measure window from them. They delivered the window to me exactly as I require. They called me to discuss some details before processing my order and also despatched my window promptly just as promised. One minor issue is they forgot to add the trickle vents but they despatched them to me quickly after a phone call. I would recommend people to use their service.

I ordered front and back doors. The back was a stable type, half glazed, a nice door....then the fitter said, "Steve, it's not even square at the top". In other words, there weren't many 90 degree angles on it. However, he made a fab job of getting it all to fit...mind you, it's squeaking like hell already!!! Anyway today he was fitting the front door. The bloody back door took too long to get them both done in one day. Everything went smoothly, until I saw the finished product, and realised it was nothing like what I'd ordered!!! I am furious!!! I've spent best part of 3 grand for nice products, but they are inferior, and the front door hardly resembles what I ordered!!! UPDATE The company, to their credit, are making me a new front door that should look like what I actually ordered. This time it will just be a case of unscrewing the door and leaving the frame in place that was fitted last week and reattaching the new door slab!! Hopefully everything works out fine in the end!!! I've provisionally updated my star rating from 2 to 4.....that will be amended if I'm not happy again with the new door!!!

We bought a self-fit coloured composite door. The door is a good style but had minor blemishes; the as-supplied sill was white instead of red; only one sill end cap was delivered; the frame is a slightly different red to the door .."because it is a different material". Were sent new red sill, some touch-up paint and new end caps. Our builder fitted original sill (because he thought it OK) so we had to pay him to come back, remove the door and replace the sill. Be sure to check every part carefully before fitting the door on a 'self-fit' basis.

I bought a new composite door after a lot of research and they came out on top by far on price. The door is of a great quality and arrived on-time. The delivery guys were very friendly and carried the door round the back for me. I would recommend Just Value Doors to anyone.
