Apr 30,2018The shipping company delivered the package partially torn/open, and as a result, part of the delivery was lost. Literally, minutes later, they had shipped out a new wetsuit that arrived the next business day. Good businesses rise to the occasion, when something goes wrong, and man did they deliver. Incredible.

Apr 22,2018After renting from Just wetsuits I knew by the fit of the suit they knew what they were doing. In the spring I needed a new wetsuit, but had no idea what to purchase. I sent a quick email to JW's .They listened to what I wanted and gave me 5 great suggestions. I researched each one and asked for several others. They answered all my questions for the two (2) weeks it took me to make up my mind. The suit that was highest of the 1st list is the one I ordered. It is a far better suit than I thought I was getting. It was also within my budget. I would never have had this success without the help. Along the way they were genuinely pleased to help me, making me feel important and a valuable customer with each encounter.

Shipping was quick and ordered wetsuit was perfect. Since it was my first wetsuit purchase I was anxious to see how my swim time may change. Apr 16,2018Spoke and worked with Kristen from the other side of the country. Good advice on wetsuit choices and sizing for my awkward body shape. Timely delivery, great fitting suit for my needs, so very happy overall. For those looking for help with fit, I am 5'7", 161lb, 41" chest, 30" waist, and relatively long in the body compared to my legs. So I went with the Orca Openwater RS1 top and bottom, 7 in the top and a 6 in the bottom. Did my first swim in Loch Ness at 41F and couldn't be happier with the fit.

Apr 10,2018On a recent visit to Arizona I was able to meet Kristen and Brian in person. Kristen took the time to answer all my questions on picking the right wetsuit to swim the Alcatraz Crossing. I was very impressed with her equipment knowledge. When I returned to California, I continued to contact them. My emails were answered same day or by the end of the next day. They even took the time to send me an email when one of the items I needed was restocked. Their friendly customer service is tops. I will continue to purchase all my equipment from Just Wetsuits.

Apr 08,2018I’ve ordered two wetsuits from here and had great experiences both times. It’s hard to find somewhere where you can try on different brands so going online seems a bad idea. However, in both cases I called, and someone knowledgeable about the suits, their fit relative to my body type, and my specific needs was available and very helpful. They did not try to up-sell me at all either. I will definitely order again next time!!

Apr 06,2018Kristy, I believe, answered my questions on sizing. I chose the ORCA suit because I thought it would fit well. I'm tall and skinny, but with a large chest. The suit fits great. I loved the packaging. Very professionally done, even adding gloves so I wouldn't scratch the rubber exterior. And she added a thank you note. I couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience. I will use you again when I replace my sleeved suit.

Apr 03,2018The owners, I spoke with Kristen, were extremely knowledgeable are Kristen was more than helpful explaining to me all of my options given my inputs for an appropriate, but not too expensive, Wetsuit. Kristen went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable picking out the right wetsuit, which I was very happy with when it arrived and I tried it on, for my upcoming Olympic Triathlon. For anyone who doesn't know the first thing about wetsuits and truly appreciates excellent customer service, there's no question on who to go to for guidance on selecting a wetsuit. Just Wetsuits.

I sent an email with a few questions to the info email address and got a very long and detailed reply that helped guide me in the right direction. Afterwards, I spoke with Kristen on the phone and she helped solidify my decision and worked with me to make sure I ordered the suit that would fit me best. I am forever grateful for the customer service I received and will be using Just Wetsuits again in the future without a doubt. Thank you so much!
