Dec 07,2022Very happy with the service. As a long term expat in Hong Kong I asked Keith Michaels for an initial ball-park quote in anticipation of buying a car to keep in the UK for occasional use. Gary Hamilton was extremely helpful and happy to discuss the options. On buying a vehicle he was friendly, responsive and efficient and put the policy in place without hassle and within the necessary time constraints. Another well-known agency did not even bother to respond to my enquiry.

Dec 15,2022We originally took out a company car policy through Keith Michaels back in March, after our previous insurer decided they didn't want to deal with small business' like ours. Fraser found us a new policy quickly and even saved a bit compared to the previous insurer. Now, we're changing the vehicle on the policy, but not only that the new vehicle is only short term and itself will be replaced again in a few weeks time, and all of the vehicles are leased, further complicating matters. But Fraser again got it sorted quickly, and at to extra cost. So all in all we're very happy with service.
