Oct 24,2022I have been chasing a simple proof of NCB for more than two weeks, each time I am told that 'they are chasing'. My current insurer is threatening to cancel my insurance if I don't produce this simple document. It seems a case of, they are interested in you when they are taking your money, as soon as you cease to become a customer, they are not interested. I will not be returning to, or recommending Keith Michaels Insurance (Keith Michaels plc). *Update* I was going to update this review with the fact that I did receive the document I have been chasing today. That came about after I had to insist on speaking to a Manager when I was about to be fobbed off again. I find it disappointing that Neil Donovan is trying to suggest that my more than two weeks of chasing was simply an error by one member of staff, this is simply untrue. He would have come across so much better if he had just said 'we didn't do very well this time, sorry'.
