After several chasing emails (where I also provided clear guidance on the timescales within which I needed resolution), and several phone calls (that were routed to answerphone, with no alternative contact details provided), I gave up and went back to the market. One of Keith Michael’s peers provided the cover I needed with 48 hours of first contact and 35% cheaper. I would not recommend Keith Michaels…try Adrian Flux instead…a far superior offering.

After also enquiring about business insurances I felt compelled to leave a review. The speed and efficiency Mark dealt with my query meant that my business was covered in literally 15 Minutes!! Price was excellent and the service was even better. Thank you guys at Keith Michaels but in particular Mark. 10/10.

Sep 23,2022Gary at Keithmichaels was helpful beyond the call of duty as I enquired about a very unusual type of motor insurance: although they do not provide this type of cover, he kindly gave me advice on who might provide it. After calls to 8 other companies, this is the only insurer who took the time to do this and accepted to share suggestions! He also answered immediately by email. This just shows what kind of company it is, so I will definitely choose Keithmichaels when I'm back in the UK over all the others!!!
