Sep 12,2022I was hoping that with all the information I gave you could give me some sort of cost range appropriate for the car I am intending to buy. I realise you can’t give me an exact quote but I would have thought you could have been a bit more helpful than just giving me the generic type of form. I explained in my email that I couldn’t buy a car yet as I still live in HK although you have information as to the type of car I wish to purchase. So I’m sorry, but my email and your reply have been a waste of time.

Their service has always been excellent, extremely quick and efficient, with a truly personal and individual approach. Their car insurance solutions are unique, highly competitive and fully comprehensive and reliable. I would not hesitate to recommend this long established team for great service and for providing out of the ordinary car insurance provision. If you need to insure a Ferrari F40 for a 17 year old, this is your one stop shop.

Sep 07,2022Keith Michaels have managed my insurance for many years. They have always explained everything clearly to me and made it all very easy to understand. They are always really friendly and do every thing they can to help. I first contacted them when I needed special insurance due to my boyfriend having a conviction so that made insurance difficult. I now always use them for my insurance ( i have no points or convictions) because they are so helpful. I will always go to them and cannot recommend them enough for problems getting insured at other places or just normal insurance. They should be proud of how they are as a company and that all the staff are great.

Sep 02,2022After six years of using KeithMichaels my usual broker has unfortunately left the company, however my newly appointed broker Gary Moulson has delivered the same extremely high level of customer service that I've been accustomed to, he was highly professional and personable, answering any queries I had with a kind friendly manner. He has put my mind to rest that I am still in clearly capable hands and will certainly stay with KeithMichaels for years to come and hope to build a level of relationship with him that I had with my previous broker. So far so good, really top guy to work with.

Aug 25,2022I came across Keith Michaels by chance on google. I wanted to transfer my insurance with my current company who were charging me double. My call was taken by the amazing Carrie who has been my saving grace, she was so helpful, I explained my situation in how I was receiving extortionate quotes varying from 13k to 29k on comparison sites. Carrie investigated and looked into everything possible, informed me about the marker from my previous insurance company which I wasn’t aware about. Thanks to this info I got this removed immediately which was put on by error! Yes by error. For me that was it I had made my mind up, I admittedly took go back in comparison sites and Keith Michael still came back cheaper. That was it for me, I decided to insure with Keith Michaels for several factors, the fantastic customer service from Carrie, their open and honest culture and giving a genuine quote. I won’t be going anyway now and they’ve got me as a loyal client. I can’t even explain the stress I had gone through with obtaining quotes, my current insurers who would only respond by email. It was extremely frustrating and I much prefer speaking to “real” people not bots or through emails. I absolutely highly recommend Keith Michaels, you really won’t be disappointed. They look after their customers really well and I’m sure they have a high retention rate. Please avoid the compare sites they are total waste of time! After my experience I won’t be going on one again! Thank you so very much Carrie! I appreciate everything and sincerely grateful. You’ve saved me so much money and helped me take the marker off! You’re an absolute star! An earth angel ❤️
