The cover does not fit grill as presented. Too small. All measurements were verified but cover is way too small for designated grill. Also the delivery was delayed by FedEx every day for one and one half weeks. Very disappointing.
Yes, I was notified each time my product was once again declared as on backorder and yes, I received an email reply when I first emailed with a question as to why my Visa was charged for the product even though I still do not have it. However, I ordered in December. Was told product should arrive late January or early February. Here it is January 29th and now today I received an email stating my product would not arrive before March. To me, that is not good service. I hope I don't receive yet another delayed product arrival notice. Disappointed.
I called to get help with an order of a grill and other parts for an outdoor kitchen. They were very helpful in making sure I had the components I needed and gave me a discount for purchasing a bundle, which was greatly appreciated. I took pictures of the damaged parts and Kick Ass Grills quickly sent out the replacement parts. The Blaize pit is extremely high quality - looking forward to years of use! Great website and fast response. The only problem was at check out. I almost said forget it. It keeps saying my phone number or address is wrong. I figured out you need to put dashes in the phone number for it to work.
