Nov 28,2023The ordering experience through the website was easy and they had both outdoor fridge models I needed where others did not. Knowing that the fridge models were hard to find I even called the day after my order to make sure they actually had them. They called their warehouse, confirmed they were indeed in stock and that I'd receive them shortly. Sure enough I received the shipping confirmation that day and received both refrigerators exactly 7 days after ordering them...and that included the Thanksgiving holiday in between those!

Customer Service was resourceful and helpful in guiding me on what to expect for the cutout dimensions and placement of the new grill, allowing us to move forward on the project while the grill is being shipped.

Took so long to arrive, I'd forgot I'd ordered it. China supply chain issues I guess. Would have been good to receive some progress emails along the way

Nov 03,2023I ordered the wrong part number and I was informed that I could order the right parts . Return the wrong part for a refund . I’m still waiting for the two different deliveries , not a fault of yours , FedEx said they couldn’t deliver the package because nobody was home . That was Bologna , I was here all day long and waiting for the delivery , even had the gate propped open so the driver would have easy access to the premises . Nick , your Salesman did an excellent job of handling my purchase . Thank you for your expertise . I will highly recommend your company to anyone who wants to have a great experience shopping for their needs .

Dec 30,2023My October 26th order was twice sent to me incorrectly. After placing the two incorrect items in my door way for pickup I finally received the correct item (68001) on November 27th. I was promised that due to the delay and aggravation they would reimburse me for the original purchase. I reminded them on December 4th and am still waiting for the refund. Hope to see it next year.
