Fast shipment-Exactly the Right Product I ordered the ceramic briquettes for my Coyote grill and they were exactly as they should be. Other places did not have them in stock, including Coyote Outdoors. I received these promptly and at the same price.

I am shocked and amazed!!! This is a company that does what it says!!! Kudos to you all. The processed the order immediately, the shipped is quickly, they packed it perfectly. You can’t even get the manufacturer to process an order sooner than 3 weeks. 3weeks!! I could get my grandfather to process an order faster than that. You all have my grill business for life!!! Great job!!!

It was easy to find the part I need and order it. One small thing.... I would have liked an option for expedited shipping. If it was there, I missed it.

Got the shipment fast but I ordered a grill mat and two cleaning solutions, of which only one showed up despite both being on the shipping label. I didn’t complain but I really don’t feel like sitting on the phone for however long to dispute a $12 purchase. Disappointed that whoever checks that the order was filled didn’t catch that.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and have yet to be informed as to a possible ship date, emailed customer support regarding this 1 week ago and haven’t heard anything back from them, in short Im not happy with this company at all

Horrible Experience, worst customer service ever. DO NOT BUY! I received the package with broken handles. I ask to send the the handles and I will replace them. 3 times I got sent the wrong items. I asked for a refund and they declined, they decided to send me $75 refund instead. The Grill broke even more without even being used I asked for the differnece refund, until this day they still have not refunded me the money.
