This has been a disaster. The website is very clear to illustrate the difference between the 2 products when you order, but no one has mentioned that regardless what you receive looks the same. I've been working with the team for over a week to still no resolution. Today's disaster was sending me the world's blurriest photo to try and differentiate these products, plus no one has even addressed what I keep bringing up that I'm also missing a piece. Every time it takes more than 24 hours to respond to my emails. I would not order from this company. Edit to add additional context after the companies response: I indicated the missing part in both my initial phone call and my follow up email.
