Oct 26,2024Bought a shoulder carrier for my baby. Tried to return it as it is PAINFUL to wesr, and i had it on for 1 minute in my living room with my 8month old in it. Tried to return it and they say “cant return a used item” …i said it wasnt used, i had it oj for 1 min and the tags are on and never left the house with it. They said their return guidelines are very clear….they are, THEY DONT TAKE RETURNS PERIOD if you read the policy thats basically what theyre saying. She went on to tell le to save families money they have to have these return policies…so saves some people Money but also just wastes other peoples money. Unreal. Will never buy from here again, what a scam.

Oct 26,2024It took about 3 weeks for item to be shipped, so about 4 weeks before I received item. During this time, I had no communication from Kidsy telling me that item was delayed. However, I was very pleased with the item as well as the price.

Oct 25,2024You sent the wrong item. I opened the package expecting a toy for my nieces birthday, according to what was pictured and offered. It was a different toy, older model and different color. It did not match the jeep I had and the trailer hitch would not work with it.

Oct 25,2024I am relieved and pleased that the car seat from Graco that I purchased is perfect. No defects and my growing granddaughter is much happier. I was worried about trying to save money and ending up with an under par purchase. Thankfully everything was smooth from ordering to arrival.

Oct 25,2024This is a terrible place to buy a gift for a baby shower. I purchased the ability to make a return. It was not made clear that return claim was to be made in 14 days. I am not going to unbox a swing before I give it as a gift. Further more the details said nothing was functionally wrong with the product. That was not true. Now my friends don't have a swing for their second twin. If I had to do this all over again I would just pay the extra money to buy the gift from amazon from their registry. All the big retailers will do returns up to a year as long as it's on a registry. Now I need to pay another $120 out of pocket to replace the swing. Customer service has been so rude and not accommodating. For baby showers I say THIS IS FOR SURE A NO GO.
