Oct 19,2024The stroller I bought stated that the item was new but the box was damaged. This was in no way true. The item has stains, the wheels have pocks in them from use, the item has dust, and the front of the foot board is completely scratched up as though it was dragged. It didn’t even come with instructions. Either your standards for inspection and resale need to improve or I will not buy another item nor recommend this site to anyone again. I am severely displeased. I paid for the item to be returnable but at this point I give birth in two weeks, so I’m not sure what I am going to do.

Oct 19,2024My package arrived in great condition. I could tell when opening and unpacking my grandkids bouncy chair that the product was new and unused. Even though the music/light function did not work I was prepared for that based on some product reviews and it was not missed as my chunky grandson played in it for the 1st time. It was a big hit, Thanks Kidsy!
