Jan 03,2025I ordered a Lego set and the product arrived smashed and in bad shape. It was intended to be a gift but I ended up buying something else because the box was so beat up. I don’t know if the legos inside the box were damaged but the box wasn’t presentable as a gift due to its condition. It was a really disappointing experience and I don’t think I’ll try kidsy again.

Dec 30,2024Order went to another house but Kidsy never owned up to their mistake. Repeatedly said to contact USPS and file a claim with them. When I got the proof that the order number was associated to another address, Kidsy didn’t admit any fault but rather refunded me without any explanation. I really needed the item and was hoping they would send a replacement.

Don’t be fooled by the less than pristine shipping box when your package arrives. Inside is the new and complete item that you ordered. If you do have an issue, as I did, Kidsy will quickly respond with a way to remedy the problem as they did for me. Give it a try and check availability of a product you need. Most likely, they will have it in stock at deep discount. I have recommended this company to others and I will shop here again because they are a great company and have great customer service.
