Jan 28,2025Bad experience bought a tonie box as a gift. It said box might have some signs of scratches and such. Didn’t come in box can’t wrap for gift. Pretty embarrassing and they won’t return? Even though description clearly says comes in a box. Came in what looks like a shoe box and it was all tumbling around inside. Scratches on tonie box charger snd character. I’d been better off going garage sailing like other pointed out in reviews.

Jan 26,2025Item arrived intact but I was amazed it did. The box was nothing but tape and small amounts of crumbled cardboard. Attention to packaging detail was horrible, but item was usable. Great deal!

Jan 25,2025This online retailer sells garbage, and on the rare occasion they might have something good, it's out of stock or they never had it to begin with. It's the old bait and switch or they hang onto your money until you demand a refund. And then when you complain, their "customer service" person writes you a nasty reply email with profanity in it. I'd never buy here again, and I strongly recommend no one else does either.

Jan 24,2025The item I purchased had not been properly inspected to identify a broken piece. I called the manufacturer myself to see if there is a replacement part available and there is not. I was told the whole item is useless. When I called Kidsy I was told to figure out what to do with it. So, even though you refunded my money I still now have to figure out what to do with a highchair that is useless. This will cost me out of pocket. This is a terrible business practice.

Jan 23,2025Don't worry; just order. I hadn't heard of Kidsy before, but I was intrigued by the combination of good prices and saving items returned to other retailers from landfills. It reduces unnecessary waste. So I ordered a couple of items, and they arrived just as described! I'm very happy. I SO appreciate a company that tries not only to save people money but also to do things in a way the is responsible for the planet. And honestly, people rarely actually need two-day delivery, so it was totally fine with me that processing and shipping took a few days (but still very reasonable). Give it a try.

I bought a gently used Doona as a gift and it came in the doona box, with all items included, and everything had been wrapped. I reached out to customer service for a few questions I had and they were so quick and kind in their response. The process was so easy and product came in even better than expected. I had such a good experience that I have since told every parent I know about Kidsy and can't wait to continue to use them.
