Jan 08,2025I still don’t have my package. It was supposed to be to arrive on 1/6. A representative of Kidsy called today to update the delivery date for my stroller/car seat. It will now be the 10th. She was very helpful and encouraging so I’m not going to worry about it unless it doesn’t arrive. She explained due to the snow in the Midwest everything has been backed up on the fed ex side. Thank you for the clarification. I really appreciate it

Jan 08,2025I ordered a Chicco Close to You bassinet. It was advertised as new due to being overstocked. When it arrived, the box had obviously been opened and retaped and it also had holes in it. The bassinet was missing 2 safety devices on the legs which means that 2 legs would not stay on. The bassinet had human hair on it, a few small holes in the mattress/pad, and it has a couple of small stains on the fabric. It was also missing the electronic piece that mounts on the side of the bassinet. I am beyond disappointed! My husband was able to work on and fix the legs & I will wash the fabric on the bassinet. I am not returning because it’s just too much trouble. This will be my last order from Kidsy.

Jan 04,2025We had a great experience with Kidsy! I was nervous initially and did a lot of research to ensure that this company was legitimate. I also purchased the return assurance. We purchased a carseat that was new with an open box and when it came, it was indeed new. As stated, the box came up pretty beat up but everything inside was in great condition and everything was there. We saved $100 on this carseat by going through Kidsy. I will definitely be using them again and recommending to friends!

Jan 04,2025Fast shipping. Definitely an open box (entire roll of packing tape used to put the box back together). All parts inside were still sealed. No instruction manual included so that was a little frustrating.
