Jan 27,2025It was very simple to order a Tao dirt bike. The bike arrived in a expedient manner to my front door. It was very easy to assemble. Be sure to check all visible nuts and bolts. I didn't and after a short time two sprocket bolts came loose during a ride.

Jan 24,2025Don't listen to these other people bath mouthing this company. I ordered a Vitacci full size 125cc bike on jan 1 2025 and received the bike on Jan 9th 2026 right at my door step. 8 day delivery. 850$ total . Great price nice bike.

Jan 06,2025I love the bike, getting the bike from Killer Motorsports made the experience even better. I was Leary at first, but after getting confirmation emails from them I was at ease. The bike was delivered earlier than expected. The delivery company R&L has a great tracking system. Driver called when he was close by. I'm very happy with my experience.

Dec 31,2024This was my third purchase from this site. We bought two 110cc quads and now this 125cc quad. Our first experience was great so I felt comfortable using them for this purchase as well. So many sites have such mixed reviews. Communication was quick and clear. Shipping was as expected and product arrived as ordered and as described. We chose to assemble ourselves. It was not difficult. Highly recommend for online purchase of atv.

Dec 31,2024I purchased Tao Motor 110cc NEW Boulder - Kids 110cc ATV in pink as a first option and yellow as a second choice option, i was sent the yellow ATV which was somewhat disappointing but wasn't a big deal. upon purchasing this item I paid for the assembly of the ATV so i had all hopes in being able to see my child riding and enjoying her Christmas gift. I called on Christmas Eve Christmas day and 12/29/24 on both calls made on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day i spoke with a individual said to be the manger Jim, before making my purchase Jim was comforting in promoting the sale and informative of the company after the purchase was complete the customer service shifted 100% speaking to Jim both times he was short temper, continuously cutting me off mid sentence or question making me feel unheard. i would ask him specific questions he ignored me giving no answers to any of my questions when i explained to Jim that i suffer from mental and emotional disability and didn't understand why he was being so rude and disrespectful to me. JIM was very hostile deliverance in the way he was speaking at me instead of speaking with me Jim was making me uncomfortable in several different way with being in a already vulnerable place after losing out on 1048$ requesting to speak to a different representative. he said and i quote " if i can not help you no one here can help you especially with your disability, this isn't something with specialize in so i'm going to have to end the call" even after i went to try to explain that it isn't the situation its the individual in how he was handling me in a mockingly way making me feel bullied as he aburtly disconnected the call not before saying he would have my contact number flagged. i have the entire phone call recorded. I asked him who the CEO was he said he wasn't allowed to give me this information. i went on the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and also made a review where i was informed that this business isn't even registered with BBB there so many RED FLAGS i wish i was aware of before spending my hard earned money with a company who is okay with taking ones money and producing faulty or damaged product and than when calling to get a resolution for the issue being cut short told to go and spend more money to get it fixed EVEN THOUGH MY CHILD NEVER GOT TO RIDE IT NOT ONCE!!! JIm really hurt my feeling mainly because i still have a ATV that isnt property put together and i have no support from anyone to fix the situation ultimately losing out on 1048$ i paid for assemble along with the price of he ATV and delivery and i was sold a ATV with gasline disconnected of some sort the reason i paid for assembly was because i am a single mother with not experience with mechanic, but i believed that with some one willing to talk me through the situation i may of been able to fix wat isnt properly assembled on BBB the had some really great rating ATV online sales and id recommend them over KILLER MOTOR SPORTS dream machines of texas 360 Powersports L&L AUTOLINK lcc Wild Child Cycles im going to do all i can to get the bike up and running fixed even though i live on a fixed income and i paid for it to be assembled if u can PREVENT IT I URGE YOU NOT TO PURCHASE WITH THIS COMPANY

Dec 28,2024Bought a Tao Tao 50cc scooter and put it together myself,not my first one. Got it together,no more than putting the front tire on, front fender, and a front body panel. Got it started up and it has a bad bog. So I called and talked to some guy who kept saying I should have paid for the dealer prep, could not give me a single idea as to the problem. Fix it myself or take it to a shop, Brand new and I should take it to a shop? sure. The last one I bought 5 years ago has been perfect right out of the crate, This guy was worthless, be careful.

Dec 25,2024Easy to put together. Came with all of the parts needed. The boy rode the fourwheeler for 8hrs the first day. Hills, uneven terrain, and through a creek. Fourwheeler did great.
