Jan 25,2024I've had my ,50cc scooter for not even a full month and I'm already having problems with the breaks and it just turns off at random, sometimes it doesn't want to go past 15mph. For like 900 dollars this is unacceptable.

Jan 23,2024While it was a bit frustrating to always get voicemail when i called, the team responded quickly. I ordered 3 quads and they arrived a week earlier than projected. I have assembled two of them and they fired right up and operate well. I will update this review once i get the 3rd put together and go through the process of getting the titles. After the first 2, I'm optimistic that the 3rd will be a breeze and hopeful that titles are sent quickly. Thanks Killer Motor Sports

Jan 18,2024The Only complaint I have is there was about a 1" tear on top of the seat that looked like someone tried to patch it from the bottom but it separated. Took pictures to send to Killer Motor Sports to see if they will send me a seat.

Jan 17,2024The go kart looks great, it showed up on time. Both my coworker and myself bought one each. They both ran great for about maybe 6 hours at most. Now, both of them die after 5 min of running.. I looked into and found that the tab that keeps the choke bracket from rotating broke of the carburetor, and there was a dime size hole right before the air cleaner. So I ordered a new carburetor, air filter, and fuel filter and installed. But this did not help, I adjust the fuel mixture as I've done in the past on my 4 wheelers. And this didn't help. So then I made a make shift shroud to hold some of the heat in , just incase it was the cold weather causing it to act up (40 degrees F). I changed the gas , thinking maybe that was it. I also would temp gun the engine to make sure the engine was warm before my kid would go with it.. no luck.. the machine looks great, it showed up on time. And my son absolutely loves it when it runs..... I need to keep trouble shooting. So far , I did contact customer service (they seemed very nice), and they did send me email to file a warranty claim... I will keep you posted on how this process goes.

Jan 13,2024Arrived a week early! Uncrated the unit and assembled it, took about an hour and a half, put some gas in it, charged the battery and it fired right up! Bought it for my grandkids for Christmas and they love it!! Great value and great experience! I would recommend them and do business with them again for my next purchase! Kory(Wisconsin)

Jan 10,2024To whom it may concern: I really enjoyed working with you especially Merna because she listened and took the time to carefully explain everything. However, it was initially my fault because I ordered a bike and received a notification that the transaction was successful and did not continue reading further instructions where if the billing address was different from the shipping address I needed to complete a form which I never received. Anyway after about a week I emailed to query what was taking so long and on that day I received a reply stating that my order was cancelled and a refund was sent. For whatever reason the refund took a little longer than expected so I had Denise the billing addressee call to see what happened and she spoke with Merna also who handle the situation professionally and with empathy. She told Denise when your refund returns you can call and place your order over the phone. She called on 1/8/24 and spoke with another gentleman who was very rude and upset because he couldn’t understand what our issue was so Dense said I will call back tomorrow to speak with Merna because she understood what was going on and he got upset and immediately put us on flag for no reason at all. He at least needs to be reprimanded and trained how to deal with customers because we are legitimate and repeat customers who were interested in buy 2 of the same bikes for father and son and we recommend good service to our friends and neighbors who may become interested in our purchase. Thank you in advance for your concern in this matter and please take our names off of the flag list because we don’t deserve it.

Jan 10,2024The ordering process was pretty simple and did not experience any issues. I really have no complaint about the ordering and did not experience the customer service side so cant say good or bad. The product itself was as described and was delivered to the house not assembled. I did not receive any build instructions so had to rely on common sense puzzle solving and youtube videos. Wasnt terribly difficult to assemble the 125CC jeep go kart but ran into a few moments of difficulty do to lack of clarification on part location and such. The product after being built is decent and to be expected for what it is. Had one issue so far with the motor just dying while being driven. Clean fuel, fresh charged battery and everything in the appropriate setting. I suspect a carb issue like other small engine ATV and items I have purchased from similar companies. Other then that, everything was smooth and easy going.
