Jan 01,2024Ordered the go kart not assembled and the crate showed up bent and damaged. The left head light and amber marker were busted along with a bent carburetor bolt and damaged roll bars. Assembled the cart and it works however backfired a lot with acceleration. Had to tighten exhaust pipe to head and tune carburetor.

Dec 30,2023I spoke with a couple of people there and confirmed they could ship to Montana. Both people said they could so I proceeded with the order. Without warning, they canceled my order. Normally that would have been ok but it was right before Christmas. So, I had to scramble for my son's gift.

Dec 30,2023Bikes great. service is terrible i order this bike 3 weeks ago and haven’t been able to ride it once waiting for Mco form so i can register it i still have yet to be told it was sent only that there was a delay and then next thing u know i get a rating email to rate yall. Like come on this absolutely sucks. Smoothen out your process.

Dec 29,2023I paid to have two atvs assembled. One of them came with lots of issues. I fixed them myself so that my son with age a Christmas gift. 30 mins into a Christmas Day ride the axle slid completely out of the carrier. No picture or set screws where used in the assembly process. Absolutely garbage customer service

Dec 29,2023The service was okay. Issue that I had was the additional shipping fuel surcharge that was almost as much as the shipping itself. It would have put me at almost $450 for the shipping and surcharge to MT. If I had been aware of it I never would have ordered one. Other issue that I have is that the parent company also owns like 4 other companies, that all have the same prices, but all have the same surcharge. Get's super annoying when trying to find something online and there are 7 ads for the same ATV, from different stores, but they are all the same one.

Dec 29,2023You sent me a disassembled 4 wheeler with no assembly instructions and missing hardware. The box that was to hold these items looked like it had been chewed apart by a rat. Unfortunately I did not realize this until after the freight driver had left and it was too close to Christmas to call your number, be instructed to leave a detailed message and then wait 2 to 3 business days for a response. If you want to make it nearly impossible to assemble these things then don’t offer them disassembled. Luckily, I am smart enough to figure it out. The 4 wheeler runs and my kid is happy but I can say with certainty that I will never purchase anything from you again.

Jan 02,2024I paid extra for expedited shipping to get my 4 wheeler before Xmas. It came in a wrecked box with multiple parts of the 4 wheeler sticking out and scratched up. When I reached out to get help I was told someone would contact me in 72 hours to refund it. Instead of getting me a replacement before Xmas. My only option was to open it and hope it worked. It runs, but has multiple scratches and broken pieces. The way this was delivered is absolutely unprofessional and looked like it rolled off the truck.
