Dec 28,2023Ordered in time for Christmas. Unit came broken. Was not aware until assembly started and per policy it must be addressed as soon as delivered. This is something we would have no way of knowing. Company sent replacement part but did not arrive until after Christmas.

Dec 26,2023Love it easy to build 5 stars, and my son loves it! He’s 8 and has been pushing his 50cc dirt bike to the limit so this was a step in the right direction. Especially it’s safe. One thing that messed up was couple of the reflectors were broken from shopping but other than that it was a perfect Christmas/birthday gift!

Something happened and my order was lost and I hadn’t heard anything so I called 10 days before Christmas. She got everything straightened out and said she couldn’t promise it before Christmas, but it showed up 3 days before Christmas! Saved the day.
