Dec 08,2023Not a very detailed parts/construction list and the handle bar assembly didn't come with lock washers or nuts, seems to be a bit of a safety concerned in my eyes. Luckily I can fix that with a trip to the local hardware store.

From the transaction (which was secure.... they even called me to make sure I was the purchaser) to delivery (the go-cart came in pristine condition...excellent packaging and weighs a ton!). I even got an email making sure I had instructions on how to put the go-cart together. They didn't need to do that because I opted out of purchasing the assembly. Super helpful and my son loves his go-cart! Thank you.

Dec 02,2023Scooter arrived earlier than expected. It was already assembled when I got it (minus the mirrors and trunk). I have to change the pil and add gas so I still haven't started it yet and idk if it works. They say they test them but how can they see if they work with no gas in them. The battery came somewhat charged. Company had good communication thus far. It arrived with the front wheel jammed in a wooden block. If it hadn't been for my neighbor idk how I would have gotten it out.

Dec 01,2023I called about shipping instructions and using a box truck instead of 18 wheeler because of tight neighborhood. They said they could accommodate. I get a call from the shipper about delivery and they said they were using an 18 wheeler. I informed the woman that I discussed all this before I bought it. Waited 2 days for them to arrange a box truck with no contact. I called shipper back and agree to meet them at a nearby shopping center that they can access and asked to get an hour heads up call which the woman assured me of. I get a call from a neighbor and said there is a 18 wheeler infront the house. Never received a heads up call. Tired of jumping through hoops for this package to be delivered that I payed to get curbside delivery for.
