Dec 15,2023Ordering process was easy. Had a question after I ordered and was handled efficiently. Just as stated I received a shipped notification when I was told I would which was a couple of weeks after ordering. Trucking company Saia was awesome too! Especially the driver who made delivery simple and easy with my best interest in mind. ATV appeared to be delivered in good shape and no damage. I cannot rate it yet until we have used it.

Dec 14,2023Ordered DB14 110. Crate came in severely damaged. I understand this is a shipper issue, but have to start with killer motorsports. It's been 2 days since I submitted pictures and video. No reply back. I'm typically a bit more patient but this is a Christmas gift. It has a busted fork tube, plastics are scratched, and side case has scratches. Very poor customer service in my opinion and have purchased products from all over the web.

There was a lady who was helpful from day one name Myrna she took the time to help me understand the in and out and went over the confusion that took place. I spoke with a guy name Jim he was a RUDE ASS individual was arguing and speaking over me because of him my husband ask that we cancel the order and not move forward.

While that response was timely the number was misleading creating a presumption that a person would be able to speak with regarding issues.

When I finally did they told me they couldn’t give me any information because my name was not on the order, however I was able to provide the name (my sons since it is a Christmas gift if was addressed to him) on the order along with email, address, order number, or phone number.
