Dec 22,2023Got the atv did everything i in the guide it told me to and contacted customer service about it and did what they told me to do and the atv still won't crank and i only had it for a few days. My daughter never even got a chance to ride it and they not even doing anything about it.

We did a test run last night & everything is good, just a few adjustments need to be made for my preferences. Overall, I recommend! I won’t have my kids’ review/thoughts until Christmas!

Dec 19,2023Did not receive item when I was told I would. When you call in you can’t speak to anyone because they’re still using the Covid excuse from 3 years ago. I did send an email in to check to see when I would receive my items and still haven’t heard back. Not good business practices and not impressed with this business so far!
