Ik heb twee jaar geleden een extra lang bed gekocht van 2.20m Het was natuurlijk extra zwaar voor de mannen die het bed kwamen leveren. Ook de draai van de trap was moeilijker door de lengte maar ze hebben het super gedaan! Míjn complimenten !!! Afgelopen november ben ik verhuisd en was de afstandsbediening gevallen. Het kapje was kapot! Ik ben teruggegaan naar de winkel om te vragen of ik een nieuwe afstandsbediening kon bestellen maar de man gaf aan nog wel een andere afstandsbediening te hebben. Hij moest alleen kijken of het kapje paste. Ja hoor, het was hetzelfde kapje. Uiteraard vroeg ik wat de kosten waren, maar ik mocht het zo meenemen!!! Moet je nagaan dat de service na twee jaar óók nog steeds geweldig is!!!! Ik weet wel waar ik een volgende keer een nieuw bed ga kopen en zal dit bedrijf zeker aanbevelen!!!

mensen slapen een beetje naar mijn mening ,eten was niet goed , de pulled pork was droog en uit de magnetron. patat was zout en dus niet lekker, saus wat je saus noemt was ook niet lekker. kortom eerste en direct laatste keer dat ik daar eten bestel. ik heb het niet opgegeten en weg kunnen gooien. bedankt voor dat!!!! en dat voor 13 euro bah gewoon rotzooi.
Like the other reviewers I ordered and paid. I was then told the stock was not available. I waited and waited. I have now had to file a paypal dispute as this company has liquidated
Ordered dishes back in April. I received an email to say the items were out of stock, funny how they still debited my credit card. Despite many emails back and forth through May and June my goods never arrived. I have now received an email to say a Liquidator has been appointed and there are no funds available to refund me. Thankfully my credit card company have refunded me and are looking into it.
Ordered from this website in June, was sent an email saying that there's a stock issue and to wait until early July at the latest to recieve your goods. I waited for a while anyway as I needed them for a birthday gift, finally tried to contact them in the second week of July and no reply, I tried again to contact them again by telephone got a dead line. Yesterday I received an email stating that the company has liquidated and that they have no way of refunding me. Fantastic.
Unfortunately I've suffered the same experience as J Partington, I'd ordered several items, a couple months back. The initial response was that the issue lay with Wedgewood supplying orders. Has anyone heard if this Company (K&Q), has gone out of business? Robert
I have waited 3 months for 2 Vera Wang Infinity Photo Frames to arrive for Wedding Presents. One Wedding was 14th July.. 2024. I was promised to have them by 15th July 2024. When they didn't arrive I emailed once again. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING THEY HAVE CLOSED DOWN. Fortunately I have just received a full refund from my bank. And purchased 2 more from Amazon.
Do NOT buy from this company!!! I ordered some glasses in May. After chasing I was advised they were out of stock but would be in stock by the date I needed them. I chased again nearer the date advised and I was told they wouldn’t be in so I emailed letting them know I would like an alternative choice. No correspondence since. I have had to purchase the same glasses from an alternative company and I have now asked for a refund - silence and no response! The website is now showing as closed. Is this company still trading? Is anyone running it? The whole experience has been very poor and I am out of pocket!!
Warning! I’ve used this company before but with my order going back to May they kept saying it was out of stock despite showing in stock online. They promised a refund that has not materialised so going through my credit card company. Hugely disappointed that they would leave customers out of pocket.
Please please please, do NOT order from these...they have taken me for £134... Ordered mugs and side plates on the 31st March and had nothing! When they respond to an email it's always out of stock and due in the next month. Didn't even bother to respond when I asked for a refund...
I ordered some glasses - approx 2 weeks later got an email saying out of stock and would be 10-14 day for delivery - have emailed them twice as passed the time specified and now the site is down and no contact numbers will connect! Scammers!!!!
I have done a purchase of 110€ from Spain 2 months ago and I have not received the order or the refund. I have sent plenty of emails and no reply. I am sure I won’t have anything. Really bad experience.
I ordered 4 mugs in April. Two arrived very quickly. Kings and Queens contacted me to say the other two were out of stock. They still haven’t arrived. I have not received a reply to my email asking for a refund. The website is down and the phones are on permanent engaged tone. Be very careful before ordering from this company.
C'est du vol ! J'ai passé commande le 06-12-2023. On m'a fait patienter mois après mois, en m'expliquant que l'article était en cours de réassort. Le 07-06-2024, j'en ai eu assez d'attendre, alors j'ai annulé ma commande et demandé le remboursement. Malgré de nombreuses relances, je n'ai rien obtenu. Ils m'ont volé 150 € en toute impunité.

Ordered a gift for a wedding present money taken for a product that they later say is not in stock Waiting for new stock Now 3 weeks beyond the date it should be delivered . Have asked for refund but sounds Like it’s unlikely. Website now says closed .
I ordered an item, was told later it was suddenly out of stock. I asked for a refund which never happened. Ordered on the 4th of May and still nothing to this day (19th July). I have a funny feeling the business actually closed and not trading or answering customers anymore!!! Out of pocket :-(
Scam! We placed an order through their website on 16/06/2024, for a dinner-set that was in stock, a few days later we got an email from Liz saying that the items will take longer to be delivered than originally anticipated as they are now out-of-stock and the website wasn't updated, till now we have not received our order and nor have we got any refund. We have emailed them multiple times and have also tried calling several times but are not able to get any response.
