Feb 19,2021Kiwi Drug knows how to treat customers. I could not be more pleased the way they handled my missing prescription order. When I notified them that I did not receive my order they politely and quickly re-ordered it, no questions asked. That is A-1 service. They are the BEST!

Feb 04,2021I love Kiwi so much, I feel incredibly lucky to have found them 4 years ago. Even with the challenges of Covid, they're still on top of every shipment and their customer service hasn't suffered at all. They are the nicest, most helpful staff- I can't recommend them enough.

Jan 25,2021Such a great company. When my order was delayed, they helped me find a suitable replacement that could arrive in time. Then, when the order got stuck at the post office and then sent back, the company resent the order for me. Now that's what I call customer service!

Dec 31,2020Ordered some drugs from kiwi on 10/09/2020 as of now one shows coming into NY customs and the other drug on the first order only shows that a label was created after 3 weeks. I paid $28.50 to send the one package which is maybe a couple ounces at best. So im paying express prices for slow motion service. this is like the 4th time they have dropped the ball on my orders...the manager told me that I should always expect the orders to take 45 to 60 days to receive an order... I was under the impression they had a reliable supplier that sent things out in a timely manner. I do import and export and buy a lot of stuff from china and they normally take only a week... during the pandemic! I will look for a better service than kiwi drug as the prices are not that competitive.

Like many consumers, I ordered on their site because the product I wanted had become unavailable in my country. Simply because it was considered "not expensive enough" !! The prices offered are correct, and the shipping was perfect. In particular, the tracking, which kept me informed of all the steps followed by my package until I received it precisely at my home.

Sep 28,2020I have been ordering from Kiwi Drug for 7 years and am so grateful I found them in a sea of fraudulent online pharmacies with the sole intent to take money from people simply trying to get medicines they badly need, at an affordable price. Their customer service is EXCELLENT as they will also very promptly take care of any issue you may have. Nothing is perfect, so there's been a couple hiccups over 7yrs, but they always fix anything that isn't right! However my experience is great nearly all of the time! Any issues were only related to a new supplier and not even really their fault. The kind people at Kiwi Drug genuinely care about the level of service they provide and the wellbeing of their customers, if you're hesitant to order from an overseas location, I can tell you they're 100% trustworthy and provide excellent products and service! You'll be a lifetime customer like me too.

Sep 10,2020A few years ago the only effective treatment I had for my joint pain was taken off the UK market. Luckily I found KIWI online and they have kept me supplied ever since. As a bonus the drug in question is only costing me marginally more than the original UK supply and has been reliably delivered even during the current COVID crisis.KIWI has been a lifeline for me and I am definitely a satisfied customer

I'm not going to say nothing ever went wrong, because when you have orders coming every month (subscription products), something always will! But the difference is, Kiwi is quickly responsive and always finds a solution that is satisfactory. I have recommended Kiwi to friends, family, and co-workers, and their experiences have always been the same: you get what you order, and if you don't, they make it right!
