Aug 15,2020Very happy with my order. Everything went smooth and got meds that I needed at a very reasonable price. Only problem was related to covid 19 and shipping took a little longer, but that was US systems fault and not theres.Would recommend buying from them.

My latest order, for instance, made it to me in Thailand in spite of the various mail shutdowns and Kiwi kept my updated of it's progress through several routing changes. Highly recommended.

Jun 28,2020Shipping pharmaceuticals parcels from the other side of world in this "new normal", must be extremely challenging, but Team/Kiwi came through, a little later than pre COVID19 orders, so now add their outrageous low pricing and it's well worth the wait. Get those orders in early, as I understand they are working with other carrier/vendors and ship points to expedite your necessities.

May 30,2020I have been a customer for about 10 years now. I have severe allergies and order all of my Meds thru Kiwi. The Corona Virus shut down all shipments out of India March 24, 2020 as I had just placed my Allergy medicine order. Kiwi's customer service is second to none, they answered all of my emails with in 24hrs and had update's with in 48hrs and never lost track of my first order and re shipped a second order out of Singapore as a backup to the first with out me asking them to do that! As of May 27, 2020 I received my first order and now have tracking on the second order. This is why I will continue to do business with Kiwi...Thank you Kiwi customer Service! Awesome job!!!

Kiwi has been my trusted partner and savior on more than one occasion. I can’t say enough great things about their excellent customer service and amazing prices!!

May 10,2020I have been a Kiwi customer for about four years. They have a great selection of medications at prices that are may times less than what I would pay through Medicare in the US. They are able to source meds globally, and that helps keep prices down. The Covid-19 global hysteria has almost cut off the supply of medications from India. Kiwi has been working diligently to get medications out of India and to Singapore for delivery. It's obviously taking more time than usual, but they haven;'t abandoned their customers either. I have one medication which is lafde saving from me. Although it now looks like they can get it out of Singapore in the next ten days, I will be out by then. Kiwi worked with me to source the medication out of the UK, and they upgraded to courier delivery at no additional cost to me, so I shoud have the medication in three days. I can't ask for more than that. They respond to all emails within 24 hours, usually less, and they have real humans taking care of questions. If you're looking for an internet pharmacy, you can't do any better. Full disclosure: Kiwi is giving me a credit of $20 on my next order for writing this. However, the credit wouldn't be worth a thing if I wasn't going to keep ordering from them. Everything I wrote is true and not influenced by this small amount off my next order.

A couple have gone missing, especially around the holidays and one during this recent pandemic, and Kiwi replaced them all at their expense. I'm able to save over 80% what I would for the same hormonal medicines locally and am most grateful for their service.

Apr 21,2020I've used Kiwi for a few years, and thought that they were one of the reputable on-line pharmacies, but this turned out to not be the case. I ordered a product, and then they immediately cranked the price up of the product by 600%, and then claimed in an email, after I had already paid, that they did not have any of the product, despite it being listed for sale on their web site for immediate sale, but at the huge markup. 3/26/2020 "It went out of stock in the UK right after you ordered it." and then in the same email they said they DID have it in stock "However we CAN get more stock of this in the UK." They then offered to send it to me immediately if I sent them an enormous amount of extra money. 3/26/2020 "You paid 75.88 USD (for 120 tablets) including any applicable shipping for it. You can let us know you want the more expensive stock from the UK and we will charge you the price difference. The new price is $229.99 USD for 60 tablets of 200mg. You can choose any order size you want of 60 tabs or more and we will process the difference ONCE we have the stock in hand only, and provide you the tracking straight away after." So their price went from 75.88 to $460 despite their 'guarantee' claims on the website. Then in another email, they claimed they had it in stock in India and would honor the original price, but that they could not ship anything out of India. 3/27/2020 "We have stock at the price you paid but its locked up in India as all flights are canceled out of India." I found out after a month later that India had no such flight restrictions, and Kiwi was still happily shipping product from India, indicating they had lied. As it was quite clear they had no intention of actually filling my order, hoping I would cancel, I opted to cancel as I did not want to lose all of my money. I offered to use that money toward a different product if they would give a 10% extra discount on top of their existing 10% sale because they clearly shafted me, but I wanted to test their customer service one more time. This would have cost them a tiny amount of money. They refused. Kiwi should now be considered a questionable source. In addition, their link to their '5 Star Reviews' is dead. And their 100% satisfaction guarantee is hogwash. They won't even give up a $10 credit to earn the satisfaction guaranteed bs after trying to extort hundreds of dollars from a customer. Update - Their response is provable falsehood. They write: "India has been in FULL lockdown since March 24, 2020" Really? "India Employs Steps To Ease Cargo Movements During Lockdown 3/31/2020 The Indian government .... now allows transportation of all goods based on newly released guidelines on the implementation of the country’s 21-day lockdown amid the coronavirus pandemic. TRANSPORTATION OF ALL GOODS ALLOWED To smooth operations during the 21-day lockdown from 25 March, the government will allow transportation of all goods without distinction of essential and non-essential items. Exporters would be allowed to ship their goods without the mandatory certificate of origin to help clear backlog of goods which could not be shipped out due to lack of requisite documents." Plus, on Kiwi's web site RIGHT NOW it says they CAN ship product out of India: "The lockdown has been extended until May 3rd. In light of this we have arranged to ship stock of most India medications to Singapore and will ship them from there for all new and unshipped orders." Plus they've been clearly selling India meds this whole time! Then there's their reply they didn't have the stock of the item I ordered, but that's not true, Kiwi! :) By email 3/19: "We do have it available, but this is notice that that stock is not likely to last more than a couple more days. ONCE IT RUNS OUT, it may be a week or more before more stock is received, we do not know exactly yet. There is no need email us about stock for your existing order if you ordered already - all existing orders will be filled at this time." The bottom line is that reputable businesses once they take an order and payment from a customer deliver the service regardless of the cost. Businesses of poor repute do not. Ever encounter another business that attempted to jack up the price AFTER a sale? Not only did Kiwi take payment, they then indicated they had the item in stock and promised to ship, before then trying to extort hundreds of dollars for it. They are lying they couldn't get their stock out of India when it is clear they can. Even their own web site says they can and will ship Indian meds to Singapore. Well, why didn't you? You wanted more $$, that's why. Oh, and I've been a customer since 2012, exactly as I said. Nice try, Kiwi. Legitimate pharmacies need to operate with professionalism so that you know you're dealing with a reputable source. And it appears from this Kiwi is not legitimate.

Mar 13,2020I have been a Kiwi drug customer for more than 3 years. With KIWI, I have many times filled at least 6 different prescriptions and I trust them to always deliver high quality pharmaceuticals. On the occasions, when I must have certain drugs for foreign travel, they conveniently serve my needs. KIWI is useful for keeping a supply of prescriptions on hand, so that I don't face emergencies or compromised health when I run out. I am highly pleased with KIWI Drug's customer service. Finally, there are certain predatory unethical US pharmacies that I detest doing business with, and KIWI provides a safe and affordable alternative.

Aug 25,2020Have used this company for a number of years, for certain items no longer available in UK. Never any problems. Obviously with the current world crisis you need to be patient regarding deliveries, but when things where "normal" their deliveries were always very prompt. Overall a good company to deal with.
