Shipping is tracked in detail and I like to see the progress of the package. This helps in case a problem arises which has never happened. Packages always arrive on time as scheduled. Ordering and check-out are easy. You have the option for a one-time purchase or set up a subscription. The products are top quality with a choice of brand names or generic. So many choices to help with your budget and medicinal needs.

Mar 05,2024Great experience with Kiwi! They have great customer service and have helped me with my orders on several occasions. I keep a bank account that is only used to buy my medication from Kiwi. I have auto-shipment for my medication and transfer the funds to the account about a week prior to the auto-shipment. The bank didn't process the transfer and the Kiwi order was processed. I didn't know that the bank transfer wasn't successful (have had problems with this bank in the past). I use E-check and the check was returned as insufficient funds. I immediately sent an email to customer service explaining what happened and they said they would re-run the check and my order was successfully fulfilled. This was all resolved on February 14th, 2024. I have been buying from Kiwi for several years. It's not easy to find an honest site that sells medication and this one is not only honest but extremely professional with very good customer service. I highly recommend Kiwi.

Mar 04,2024Been dealing this Kiwi for many years. They are honest as the day is long and their customer service is excellent. Only one time I ordered 2 products that were sent separately. There was a slight delay with one of the orders. They were preparing to send another when I received it. I emailed them and they were pleased and made a point to thank me for my honestly. I’m due for another order soon. Good people here

Mar 04,2024Kiwi is the best place for prescription meds. Their prices are low if not the lowest. Communication via email is excellent. They offer tracking info on shipments. They offer automatic renewals on prescriptions. I have used them for years and I am very happy and will continue to use them.
