Dec 08,2018I have been with kiwi drug for several years now. Never a problem and first rate customer service. My last shipment went up missing, I contacted them about this and they immediately sent out a reship. First off there customer service should be a model for all other companies. Very prompt answers to any questions you may nave and always kind and courteous. I received my reship with no problems.I recommend this company 100% You honestly cant go wrong with them.

Nov 07,2018The Kiwi Drug team are great. When my order did not arrive, I contacted Kiwi Drugs and they shipped me a replacement order at no additional cost. When USPS later located the missing order and sent it to me, Kiwi Drugs allowed me to keep that order as well. I am very pleased with the services provided by Kiwi Drugs and I trust them 100%. Nov 05,2018I recently found kiwi online and decided to give them a try. From first step of completing the order process to receiving my order Team Kiwi was with me every step of the way! Excellect Customer Service .. Emails always answered within 1 to 24 hours and they are soo very nice. I was able to follow along with every step of my order from my online account and was provided a tracking number when order shipped. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KIWI to my friends, family and colleagues. Team Kiwi is my only online pharmacy. Cheers Team Kiwi!!

Oct 24,2018I placed my order on 10/10, leaving enough time to receive my medicine before I run out, yet Kiwi still hasn't shipped it. I have sent a few emails inquiring whether it will be shipped out immediately , or to refund my money if they can't fill the order, and I can generic, meaningless responses. I wouldn't recommend Kiwidrug. UPDATE: Kiwi Drug rep emailed me after posting this to say they will be refunding my money to me. I'll update further once/if I receive the money back. UPDATE #2: STILL NO REFUND. Kiwi Drug sent me USPS Tracking for my refunded money and the tracking showed the parcel was delivered to an address in another city! UPDATE#3: I continued to converse (via email) with a Kiwi representative about not receiving my money back, and they got the money back into my account. So, i'm happy about that. And I must say, everyone time I complained to them (via email), they DID respond quickly. My faith was restored.

Oct 21,2018Let's be frank, there are but two primary concerns that are relevant here. Quality of product and dependable delivery. Through repetitive interaction for over three and a half years, I can vouch here and now for the first point of interest. Kiwidrug will find the genuine medical product that you may seek on the (sometimes scary) international medical market place from credible manufacturers. There are 3 and sometimes 4 different items that I have sought at my doctor's direction over the course of these 3 and a half years. Never have I been disappointed. The last concern, of the two mention above.. ie,. .. 'delivery' is dealt with by Kiwidrug's OUTSTANDING Customer Service. Any concerns are checked out and responded to, within 48 hours and quite often 24 hrs. Tracking numbers are passed on via email as soon as they are available. Sometimes it seems they're holding your hand as the product makes it around the globe. Never have they failed me yet. This outfit, unlike some, or most on the internet is Reliable and Trustworthy. Oct 17,2018My order arrived in a timely fashion, but it was a slightly different form of what I thought I ordered. Could have been my fault, don't know. Regardless Kiwi shipped me an entirely new order at no charge, and it was an expensive order to begin with. I HAVE TRIED NUMEROUS ONLINE PHARMACIES AND HAVE BEEN LET DOWN AND RIPPED OFF EVERY TIME. LOGICALLY, I WAS SKEPTICAL ABOUT TRYING KIWI, BUT AM SO HAPPY THAT I DID! Aug 20,2018I've used Kiwi over 3 years now and have been very impressed w/ their efficiency and professionalism! Any delays in receiving my orders have been "in transit" or Customs related. Anytime I've let them know there is a problem, they have gone out of their way to resolve it. I have many e-mails that show the individualized attention to detail, as well as the kindness of their staff. Prices are better than the US for many medications.

Aug 19,2018Hi I was so satisfied of kiwidrug service all the time but suddenly the site is not available in Israel I don’t know what happened!! Every time I try to open kiwi site it show me this message: ( We're sorry we experienced an issue with your request and could not complete it. Support has been notified.) and when I try to buy from “ clear chemist “ they told you are kiwi customer and they couldn’t serve me and they tell me to go back to kiwi !! And they don’t believe me when I tell them that the site is not working and it’s not available in Israel!! So what can i do? Please respond on me please help me!!

I live in the USA and have really had great experiences ordering with Kiwi Drugs. They have a simple process and very affordable as well. I have recommended Kiwi to friends and family as well because I truly believe they are great!
