Jan 04,2018Kiwi Drugs is a wonderful company. Wish I could had 10 stars, they deserve it. Their online service is great, easy to use and very clear. And if for some reason (and it happened to me) you make a mistake in payment method they will help you so well to fix it that you will be amazed! Not only that their customer service employees are wonderful, friendly and so so so nice! I received the medication. They sent tracking every step of the way. So I knew when it would show up. The medication is for my migraines. Helped immediately! I will forever use them.

Fast shipping, and if you have a question or concern, they respond within one business day. That's quicker than waiting three business days from other companies. I am confident with Kiwi and I will continue to conduct business with them!

Dec 27,2017I have always experienced excellent, top-of-the-line service from Kiwi Drug. Their products are always consistent and of high quality, they have an impressively wide inventory, and shipping is prompt. If there ever is an issue with shipping (I have been using Kiwi for about 6 years now, and have only had 2 problems ever come up), the manager always responds promptly and corrects the problem ASAP, always adding in extra items to make up for any inconvenience. I would like to add that the 2 shipping problem I encountered were in NO WAY Kiwi Drug's fault; they were due to the parcels simply being lost or damaged along the way. The manager is very generous, courteous, and above all, and customer service oriented. He prioritizes the needs of his customers and goes out of his way to make sure they are satisfied. I very, very strongly recommend Kiwi Drug for cosmetic needs!

I had a mishap with a recent order due to a shipper error, not kiwis fault, however within an hour of informing kiwi of the issue they got back to me letting me know they were looking into it. They waisted no time at all on a resolution, and kept me informed the whole time. Online companies can be hard to trust some times, but kiwi will go above and beyond to make sure their customers are completely satisfied. THANK YOU!!!

Dec 25,2017The procedure is quick, painless and cheap.. I used my credit card and within 15 mins they called to verify that it was actually me. They sent updated emails on my order. It arrived on time. I will be using Pharmacy again. One of my prescriptions cost over $300 in the US. My first and only experience has been 100% positive. Dec 11,2017I recommend Kiwi Drug to anyone who needs any type of beauty product or medication. Their selection and quality is second to none! Shipping is reasonable or free and one receives their order quickly. I can't say anything but thank you to their customer service team as they have responded many a time to my shipping/tracking questions usually within 1 business day. Most recently, I received a refund and didn't understand their refund process. The Kiwi Team responded to me in more than one email to explain not only the process but the status of it. Very reassuring to know that they actually cared about it! Sign me a very happy customer!

Oct 29,2017Customer reponse is ridiculous and rude, shipping time before it even leaves the building is two weeks...72 hours..never happen. Plus the two weeks to a month..now at least be honest. Read all my orders in the past and they change the dates..shipped on same day ordered..lies. Never had any order mailed to USA in less than a month..from order, to actually received.

Oct 17,2017Only putting one star to get yall to answer me! I need some attention! Haha..no problems until last shipment...somehow it had the wrong zipcode on it. So it was never delivered and i had problems finding which post office it was located. By the time i was able to go check...they said they couldnt find it and that it was "probably" sent back. I paid for it and would love to have it..could kiwi please resolve this issue...update...kiwi has tracked down my lost package and are sending it back...i will change stars when i get it!

It only took 7 days from the time I placed my order until it arrived at my house (United States), and I received regular emails with tracking updates showing where my package was at every step. Mar 09,2018I order my migraine medicine Imitrex or Zomig through Kiwi and save a ton. It works as if I had bought it at a US drug store. I am grateful to be paying a fraction for the medication versus the hundreds of dollars per month required in the US.
