Aug 01,2018I started using Kiwi Drug to receive my prescriptions at a significantly lower cost, specifically, $150 down to $35. I happily started the subscription and it has always arrived on time without me needing to worry about anything. As summer started, I didn't think about the significant temp. increase on my refrigerated prescription. In the middle of summer my meds that usually arrived nice and cool were slightly warm. I contacted customer service about the efficacy of my meds, they did the research and sent me all the manufacturer information about my meds and the temps they can be stored at, and even though my meds may have still been effective, they sent me another shipment at no cost to alleviate my concerns. It was my mistake not to choose faster shipping knowing I live in a climate that reaches 110degrees frequently, and yet they were willing to correct my mistake at no cost to me. Awesome company that has earned my loyalty!!

Jul 28,2018I have been a customer with Kiwi Drug for around two years now and have only had A+ service from them. The products that I have ordered are comparable in quality to what I've been prescribed before and the shipping is fairly quick. If there is an issue with your order, they are quick to make it right! I like their service because I can order what I know works for me without having to go through the hassle of making an appointment and taking a lot of time out of my day. Thank you, Kiwi Drug! I will continue to be a customer as long as the high quality service continues and will tell others.

Jul 27,2018I have had good experiences with Kiwi Drug. They are prompt with answering my emails. I have had problems due to mistakes that I made. I was running out of my medication and they sent it to me with an expedited delivery. i would highly recommend them.

Shipping is pretty quick as well. Customer service is stellar! I feel like my questions & orders are important to them and they are happy to help me! Kiwi is the A+ of internet pharmacies!

May 15,2018I have been an online customer of Kiwi Online for over a year. They’re very helpful and have what I need. Their website makes it so easy to select what I want. Once you’ve made your first-order most of the data you do not need to ever re-enter. . They mail me my prescription with a tracking number that I can follow all all times. There was one prescription lost in the mail and they sent me a duplicate as soon as I notified them. They have one of the best customer departments I have ever used.?If you send them an email for any problem you will immediately get an acknowledgment that they have received it. Within 24 hours they will get a live response to you that’s is always very satisfactory. They will continue to get all of my business based on how well they perform for me.

The quality of their products, fair prices, huge selection of name brand or generic solutions, and high level of customer service is second to none. (Pro-tip: watch your email for 20% off sales) Also, if there are any issues or concerns with your order, simply email them and someone gets back to you right away! Every time. This alone is worth it’s weight in gold in today’s automated, somewhat impersonable, and usually annoying online sales market. Once again, I highly recommend Kiwi, it beats unnecessary visits to the doctors and the pharmacy any day. Who wants spend extra time at those places? lol

Apr 12,2018Kiwi Drug rocks!! First, my orders are always processed quickly and accurately. The product arrives in protected packages and is always correct. Second, the customer service is excellent. On those rare occasions when sometime goes wrong, the e-mail response is very quick. And, they are more than fair about either replacing the product or giving credit. I would not hesitate to recommend Kiwi Drug.

Apr 09,2018If I could give 0 stars I would. Over 4 weeks ago they took £255.00 out of my account for medication that cost £235. I can only assume it was because of the currency exchange I was charged extra so watch out for that!!!!! Believe it or not that isn't my biggest complaint!!!!! As of today I still have not received my meds.... I contacted them many times and they have always had an excuse.... today they have said they will refund me!!!! Let's see if it's for the actually amount debited from my bank or if I lose out yet again...They have had my money for over 4 weeks and will have had the interest and benefit from it . watch this space I will keep you updated!!!!! In response to kwiw No that was the first time I ordered and it was refunded 10 days later not the same day!!!! 4 weeks later after the first order was cancelled they took another £255 out for a (subcription) I didn't realise a subscription was active has I didn't receive the product in the first place. I contacted them about this and they told me the pharmacy was printing the label so I decided to go ahead. I contacted them over the course of 3 weeks and each time they had an excuse. The last one that it had been posted. I waited over a week and when it didn't turn up I asked for a refund. They refunded £235, so I was charged £19 for the pleasure of a subscription I never asked for and them having my money for 4 weeks....... then they come off with this complete crock. When I placed the first order they didn't tell me at that point that although I can get it otc here I would need a doctor's prescription as they are in New Zealand and it's not available OTC there!!!!! It was only after they took my money they told me i would need a perscription!!!!! I have saved all the emails. If any one wants to see them before they make up their mind to place an order then feel free to contact me.... Avoid people...they may be good when things go right but when things go wrong you are left footing the bill

Aug 02,2018I would recommend Kiwi Drug as I have ordered from them before and they have the best people I have ever ordered from. They held my order for me as I was not able to send it out when I should have. They have great and fast service and I will be ordering from them again. There prices are also great on prescription meds a lot better than most US pharmacy's and you can trust them. Great people and great service. Thank you Kiwi Drug.
