Apr 21,2017I have been a customer with them for awhile now and have been satisfied with the products I've ordered and the level of service I've received. Sometimes there have been issues with receiving my ordered items and the customer service at Kiwi has been excellent. They make sure that customer satisfaction is #1. I will continue to do business with them in the future. My only hope is that they make more products available.

Apr 11,2017"Same-day response to customer support queries" Simply not true. My order was "shipped" on the 20th March, apparently, and I paid extra for the express shipping option. I was given a tracking number, which still has not worked to this day (11th April). No idea where my package actually is. A terrible first time experience with this company.

Apr 05,2017Excellent company, very reliable. I have never had an issue with any order, they always arrive on time and complete. They always offer monthly discounts and provide members with a notification of upcoming specials or new products. Never have I been overcharged or 'ripped-off' This is not a scam site and can be trusted as very reliable. I would highly recommend Kiwi.

One of the most important concerns I have when ordering products from a company located overseas (I live in America) is that there will be people to contact regarding inquiries and that the response time is within 48 to 72 hours. You can imagine my surprise and delight when my inquiries were handled within hours of posting! Thus, I can verify that this company not only offers products with excellent prices it also has superlative customer service. The projected delivery dates for products are spot on and all come with tracking numbers. I am very happy with this company.

I live in Canada and have had great success ordering all the way from New Zealand! I had a shipping issue one time only... and it was most definitely not Kiwi Drugs fault. Feb 28,2017I bought mebendazole, due to package instructions I took too low a dose, and found out on the web more might be needed, so I took more, and by this time the parasite had gotten resistance. More recently I found Diatomaceous Earth (DE) is both more comfortable and more antiparasitic than mebendazole as I took it. Even so this may work for others if they take more as they say with a doctor's advice. Mebendazole is antaparasitic and is for hookworms and it is indeed strong, but perhaps DE is better, don't know yet. Even so DE has a long history of safe and healthy use. There are A LOT of antiparasitic herbs and methods you can try, and while this is my own opinion I tend to like DE a bit more. Thanks to Kiwi for offering hope about this, it's been years in R and D for me, and I like the price, I like they sell mebendazole, as a option since it's also thought to be anticancer and most will have this too, they don't sell it here in the US. I got my first order in 3 weeks or so but the next two were in just 1 week, summertime in New Zealand must be great! They may send a box of heat to Ohio! The site is beautiful and if they hadn't gotten my business, I would have been even more uncomfortable while waiting to buy the DE. Due to the value of the business and it's real mebendazole, I would recommend Kiwi in general for other options or mebendazole if e.g. you can't find better or for other valued products you know r real!

But this one is a good one and trust the reviews. There is overseas shipping but still gets here in a timely manner. I was very impressed and will be back again for sure.
